IN-CONTRACT PROPERTIES This week 6 properties entered into contract. There were 3 condos, 1 co-op, and 1 townhouse, which totaled $57,280,000 in sales volume. This is a slight uptick from the 2-4 contract per week number we were seeing during the virus. As New York City begins to reopen we canexpect to see an uptick in the contract signed amounts. The most expensive sale of the week was at 415 Greenwich St. This apartment was gut renovated, and features a 2,200 s/f outdoor space. It entered contract asking $18,995,000. This is a duplex penthouse with an outdoor space on each floor.

This week 21 new listings were put on the market. This number is down from last weeks total of 28. Last week Central Park Tower, one of Manhattan’s newest residential developments placed some of their more expensive units on the market, which is why there is a signifanct delta in the pricing. The most notable new listing is a 5 bed 4.5 bath apartment at 101 Central Park West. This finished apartment features 60’ of Central Park frontage. This apartment is located in one of the most high end buildings on Central Park West.
