The contract amount increased from last weeks total of 6. Two weeks ago there were 10 contracts signed. The average price per foot rose 16.9% from the last week average of $1,908 per foot. The most expensive sale of the week was 307 East 10th Street for $8,900,000. The 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 7,080 s/f tonwhouse entered contract after 113 days on the market. The house will most likely need a full renovation.
