IN-CONTRACT PROPERTIES This week 13 properties entered into contract. There were 7 condos, 5 co-ops, and 0 townhouses, which totaled $91,835,000 in sales volume. The signed contracts only decreased by 1, however, above 10 contracts for the second week is a promising sign. Two weeks ago there were 8 contracts signed. The average price per foot fell 2.3% from the last week average of $2,362 per foot. The most expensive contract of the week was 8/9B at 655 Park Avenue for $12,800,000. This 7 bed and 7 bath duplex was originally listed in 2018 for $18,000,000. The price was reduced on 7/09/20 before entering contract.
