IN-CONTRACT PROPERTIES This week 9 properties entered into contract. There were 5 condos, 1 co-ops, and 3 townhouses, which totaled $66,445,000 in sales volume. The signed contracts amount decreased to below 10, which has been the average over the last 4 weeks. Two weeks ago there were 14 contracts signed. The average price per foot fell 14.1% from the last week average of $2,307 per foot. The most expensive contract of the week was a townhouse, 14 Saint Lukes Pl, for $13,500,000. This 4 bed and 3.5 bath townhouse was listed on 6/29/20, and did not see a price decrease. The 22.5’ wide house is move-in ready, and features an elevator.
