IN-CONTRACT PROPERTIES This week 13 properties entered into contract. There were 7 condos, 5 co-ops, and 1 townhouse, which totaled $108,869,999 in sales volume. This is the first time over 10 contracts were signed sinced the Covid-19 pandemic commenced. As New York City begins to reopen we can expect a further uptick in the contract signed amounts. The most expensive sale of the week was at 20 East 78th St. This townhouse has been reduced multiple times from its original $38MM asking price. The property entered contract asking $24,900,000.
