This is back in line with the regular sub-10 contracts per week that we were seeing during Covid-19. The most expensive sale of the week was at 412 W 20th St. This townhouse has not been reduced since its orginal list date in October of 2019. The townhouse is 21’ wide, and has the ability to use the top floors as rental units.
