IN-CONTRACT PROPERTIES This week 5 properties entered into contract. There were 3 condos, 1 co-op, and 1 townhouse, which totaled $37,410,000 in sales volume. This is a decrease in volume from last week across the board. The pent up demand that was brewing due to the stoppage of business during Covid-19 has slowed due to some unrest in Manhattan. Buyers seem to be taking advantage of this, and submitting offers at considerable discounts. The most expensive sale of the week was at 443 Greenwich St. for $11,400,000.
