The contract amount staid the same from last week, however, the sales volume took a small dip. The most expensive sale of the week was at 30 Park Pl. for $9,500,000. The only tonwhouse to enter contract this week was 25 Bedford St., in the Greenwich Village. The property entered contract asking $5,500,000.
