Avenue before terminating at the Scarborough Town Centre, basically following the route of the existing Scarborough RT line. It will cost $1.4 billion, the same as the cancelled Scarborough light rail transit (LRT) line which was originally funded as part of the Transit City network to replace the aging Scarborough RT.
