Lewis County has a full range of care available for senior residents.

Stillwaters Colonial Residence, Cooks Hill Manor, Sharon Care Center, Prestige Post - Acute and Rehab Center - Centralia, Village Concepts of Chehalis - Woodland Village, and Chehalis West Assisted Living all offer wellness, exercise, social and recreational programs in addition to prepared meals, housekeeping, entertainment, appointment transportation, group trips and 24-hour-a-day, onsite, licensed medical professionals.

For seniors wishing to remain in their homes, Assured Home Health, Assured Hospice, Help at Home Senior Services, and Providence Sound Home and Hospice all offer varying care assistance.

Lewis County has six senior centers that offer several programs at each location including: senior medical transportation, Meals on Wheels, senior recreation, nutrition programs and much more.

Another valuable resource in the community is the Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging (LMTAAA).

LMTAAA is a governmental agency that provides free information, resources, and assistance for elderly and disabled adults. Contact LMTAAA at 360-748-2288.

Catholic Community Services provides transportation for seniors (ages 60 or better) to and from medical and health care services. Call 360-748-0161 for a ride. Service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
