De-stress and Be Happy
We as a generation are not only the most stressed generation but also spend huge amount of our energy in hiding our pain and pretending to be happy and perfect. It simply worsens our condition and makes us more stressed
The one simple solution for de-stressing is simply to ‘Share It’ with someone. There is nothing wrong in asking help and letting others know what you are going through
Sharing it with someone may not give you an immediate solution but it will lift half of your burden. On top of that, you will have one more head and two more hands to help sort out your troubles
Another way to de-stress is to cry while you share it with someone. Tears contain a number of stress hormones and chemicals which when released helps to reduce the stress
Finally stop pretending to be perfect and embrace the fact that there are many others in this world to be victims of stress
