The Beach House is open to the public between 10am - 5pm weekdays and 10am - 6pm on a weekend. The venue has a licensed bar and is available for private hire for functions, parties and meetings.

METRO Sunderland is serviced by the Tyne and Wear Metro (light railway) system, connecting the city to Newcastle, East Coast mainline and Newcastle International Airport. Trains run approximately every 10 minutes with the Stadium of Light and St Peter’s (the closer of the two) just a few minutes walk.

Financially independent of the football club the organisation relies on fundraising for 90% of project costs, receiving support from over 100 businesses every year who in return receive access to fantastic Foundation events and experiences.
