Christmas Lights Switch On We warmly welcome everyone to join us in the grand switch-on of the Christmas lights on Sunday, December 7th at 4.00pm. This year we shall illuminate the large tree by the West Door and the star on the tower simultaneously. We shall also have carol singing and mince pies, mulled wine and soft drinks being available for all. We look forward to seeing you there at the start of the festive season. Gillian Rennie-Dunkerley (Parish Councillor)

Marty’s Christmas Crackers! Fresh from his starring role as ‘small boy’ in the latest John Lewis Christmas Advert (pictured left with the advert’s stunt penguin team) Marty Norris will be broadcasting in his traditional slot from 9am to 12pm on Christmas Day Morning, sharing music and best wishes from around the village and beyond! If you have a Christmas message for Marty to share on air (time permitting!) email studio@radiostradbroke.co.uk by 23rd Dec 2014! Radio Stradbroke
