FENNEL SEED PORK TENDERLOIN This is one of my favorite dishes to make. It’s easy, delicious and one of my go-to meals if I am entertaining guests. Please go to my channel for step by step instructions. Ingredients: 3 tbsp Ground Fennel Seed 1 tbsp Black Peppercorn 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt Butter Olive Oil Mortar & Pestle *Cook to a temperature of 145 degrees, let rest before slicing.* Wine Reduction: 1/2 cup Red Wine 1/2 cup Broth (pork or chicken) 2 tbsp Butter

SOCIAL EVENTS Afternoon Tea – Served 2-4 PM by reservation only Sunny afternoons provide the perfect opportunity to unwind with a cup of tea and a selection of delectable treats during our traditional Afternoon Tea held in the Versailles Restaurant. Rates: Afternoon Tea – $55, Afternoon Tea with Glass of Sparkling Wine – $75, Children (12 and under) – $30 About: The Versailles Tea experience includes a variety of delicious teas accompanied by a selection of tea sandwiches, scones, pastries and sweets. Tea is served from 2pm-4pm by reservation only Wednesday through Sunday.Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Online booking only.
Chateau Grandeur Tasting & Tour From $75pp | 1.5 Hours | Online Reservations Required Ready to dive deeper into your wine journey? The Grandeur Tour is an in-depth private tour of the vineyards and Winery production facility followed by a semi-private tasting of seven premium wines led by one of our trained Winery Staff. Includes artisan cheese plate for pairing. Larger groups may be split into groups of six for the tasting portion of the experience.
Painting Class Monthly | 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Join us in the Chateau Elan Winery and create your own painting masterpiece while sipping on wine (to get your creative juices flowing). Each painter will be supplied with a 16” x 20” canvas, an easel, paint brushes and acrylic paints. Chateau Elan wine will be provided to enjoy while painting. Throughout the course, you will receive stepby-step instruction from a skilled artist while sipping on wine and enjoying good company.
