Youth Leadership Gives Back Congressman Doug Collins and several members of Youth Leadership Hall helped wrap gifts of clothes and toys with Juvenile Court Judge Lindsay Burton for Hall County children in need. The gifts were purchased with generous donations from the Kiwanis Club. Most gifts included essentials, such as clothing, socks, hats, and warm coats; however, each child was selected something special for Christmas morning. Judge Burton was very appreciative of all the help, and the experience was very rewarding for the students.
Glorious Gourmet Giving
Rosie Visits 2nd Grade Students
Bob Faver, Bill Thingwold, Simone Acar and Kyle Hinnant cut ribbon for Glorious Gourmet Giving, a provider if robotic baristas to companies who want gourmet beverages while supporting their favorite charity or nonprofit. The baristas are small, self-contained, with no waterline and need only a dedicated outlet. Products include six delicious gourmet coffee beverages, hot chocolate and an all vanilla steamer. Fresh roasted coffee beans are ground at the time of purchase to ensure maximum freshness and then put through an auto French press for optimum and consistent quality. Cost is significantly lower than is currently available for a 10 oz. coffeehouse beverage of this caliber, and 15% of all sales is donated to the company’s favorite non-profit every month! They provide all product, servicing and maintenance with no contracts.
