Mailboxes:
Springtime is fast approaching, and what a great time to repaint your mailbox. All mailboxes must be functional with no broken or removed parts and be freshly painted using the approved black color (satin), and the red flag (emergency red) and gold embellishments must also be freshly painted if they show signs of fading. Remember to use the approved 2” mailbox numbers.
Trashcans:
Trashcans must not be in view from the road, your next door neighbors, or from the golf course.
House Painting:
When considering repainting your house – you must have approval for a color change. You do not have to have approval if you are simply repainting the same color.
Lawns:
Spring is fast approaching and that means weeds will start appearing and now is the time to attack them, either thru a lawn maintenance company or pulling by hand. If you ignore and mow, all you are doing is spreading the seeds of the weeds.
