COMMITTEE CORNER
The Community Awareness Committee continues to work with Gwinnett County to address the following concerns:
• 2476 Hamilton Mill Road (abandoned gas station)
• Hamilton Mill Parkway/Hog Mountain Road (intersection safety issue)
• 2155 Pine Road (abandoned property)
• 3919/3943 Braselton Hwy (abandoned property)
• Hamilton Mill Rd/SR 124 (intersection widening)
Grounds & Facilities Committee’s major 2025 project is a long-range plan to improve & update the irrigation system’s clocks and zones in the neighborhood.
The Pickleball Committee has elected new officers to bring fresh leadership and ideas to the table, ensuring our growth and success.

Additionally, we’re thrilled to announce six pickleball teams with over 100 residents. Here’s to a bright future for pickleball in our neighborhood.

The Social Committee is excited for the start of another Cornhole Season on our Soccer Field. Registration runs through March 10 so there is still time to join!
March events include the March Madness Brackett Challenge with BOTH Men’s & Women’s Brackets. Enter for a chance to win $100. Spring Photo Sessions with LIVE bunnies is at the end of March and spots will fill quickly
The Technology Committee is working on projects including improving the audio/visual capabilities for the conference room to allow better remote communication, working on a system for residents to use a phone app for access to amenities, working in conjunction with the G&F Committee to improve & update the irrigation and an update to the hmill.com site to be more user friendly and with additional features .
Tennis Committee - The Spring ALTA Season starts this month so the courts will be busy. Be sure to plan ahead and reserve a court on hmill.com. Summer ALTA League registration starts towards the end of March. If you are interested in joining a team, reach out to the Tennis Shop at 770.945.6452 or hamiltonmilltennis@gmail.com.
