Celebrating Success
As we close out the 116th year of business, the Greater Hall Chamber continues its mission to support an aggressive business environment and make a positive contribution to the community. Serving as a valuable resource for information, the Chamber is THE voice for business and an important link to community development. We will celebrate a year of success at the Annual Meeting & Gala on May 16 and reflect on our many accomplishments.

PEACH Education Tax Credit
The Georgia Foundation for Public Education (GFPE) was created in 2010 as the philanthropic arm of the Georgia Department of Education. The GFPE raises and disburses funds through private donations from corporations, family foundations and individuals. Your contribution to PEACH can make an immense difference in the lives of Georgia’s students – and it can also provide you with the ability to choose where you allocate your tax dollars through a dollar-for-dollar income tax credit. The PEACH Education Tax Credit has already made a tangible difference throughout Georgia, and individuals and corporations can continue to play a huge role in the betterment of this state. Through the last eight years, GFPE has been impacting public school students across the state and benefitting Georgia’s 1.7 million K-12 public school students. Hall County School District is raising $1 million for the Inclusive Playgrounds Project and is working closely with Hope for Hall and the North Georgia Community Foundation. By providing inclusive playgrounds, the district plans to use recess as teaching time for students to better understand acceptance and inclusivity in a non-invasive context that is joyful and founded in play. Visit www.gfpe. org today and apply for the PEACH Education Tax Credit, and make sure you designate your donation to Hall County Schools.
