Welcome Michelle! Dear Harbour Point Homeowners, As you may have recently been made aware, you have a new Community Association Manager! Michelle Baker will begin her service with the Harbour Point Community effective May 1st, 2022. Michelle has been a real estate professional since 2017. She prides herself on communication, transparency and integrity in managing associations. Michelle also served on the Board of Directors for her own Community Association! In Michelle’s words: I am a first-time new mother to a beautiful little girl named Charlie. I also have a dog that is an 8-yr. old Bichon. He is getting use to not being the center of attention and sharing the love in out household. I have served on the Board in my community in the past for several years and made great improvements in organization, planning and pushed for and completed several projects. I have learned quite a lot from serving on the Board and made a few mistakes that I learned a lot from. I know how much time serving on the board can demand and that in most cases it is a thankless job. I look forward to working with you all and will strive to be efficient to utilize your time as we work together in your community.
