WELCOME

FALL!

Amenity Update! We hope that you have had time to check out our new Pickleball courts located on courts 15 and 16 at the Lakeview tennis center. We are so excited to add this to the amenities at Hamilton Mill! Be sure to be on the lookout for upcoming Pickleball events. The basketball court was resurfaced at the same time as the tennis courts and looks awesome. Thank you to all the residents who have completed home improvement projects so far this year. We have processed approximately 225 requests for 2019. We appreciate everyone taking the time to submit the form and follow the process. A little yard maintenance tip: If you have not applied a fall pre-emergent for winter weeds in Bermuda and Zoysia grasses, please do so as soon as possible.

Thank you for continuing to make Hamilton Mill the great community it is! - Maureen Murphy and Chris Shanks

HAMILTON MILL FOR HOPE 2019 Our annual Hamilton Mill for Hope charity event is moving to October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Last year, the 2-day event raised over $16,000 for breast cancer research, treatment and prevention at Gwinnett Medical Center and we hope to exceed that goal in 2019! We are planning a new and fun format for the tennis event. Please save the date for the 14th Annual Buffalo’s Pink Party on Saturday, October 5th. Hamilton Mill for Hope will be at the Lakeview tennis courts on Monday, October 7th (9am – 12) and Tuesday, October 8th (9am – 2pm) with a luncheon on Tuesday at the Hamilton Mill Clubhouse. We thank you for continuing to make a difference in our community by being a part of Hamilton Mill for Hope and supporting Gwinnett Medical Center in their fight against breast cancer.
