Mother’s Day
Card Craft & Dance Party
On Saturday, May 11, we had a really “sweet” time crafting up some homemade cards for mom, eating some yummy treats, and dancing with hula hoops to songs both moms and kids love. Several families came out to paint handprint flower pots, fill out a survey about mom, or just get crafty and create what they wanted! Everyone went home with a flower for mom. We really enjoyed meeting with new families that had recently moved into Hamilton Mill and seeing some familiar faces at this fun little event as well! Thank you to the Social Committee volunteers that came out to organize this fun morning for our neighborhood. We hope everyone had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend!

SPRING CARNIVAL 2019
On Saturday, April 13 about 1000 kids and parents attended the 2019 Hamilton Mill Spring Carnival on the soccer field. We had wonderful spring weather and a ton of activities to do! Kids and adults alike enjoyed dancing and playing trivia with our awesome DJ Mack! Participants enjoyed a bubble gum blowing contest, a hula hoop off, three fun inflatables to play in, and petting and playing with the cutest farm animals! Lots of kids left with awesome balloon animals, painted faces, and a photo with the Easter Bunny from our on-site photo booth! Attendees also enjoyed the cotton candy, carnival food and BBQ from Fruit Smashers food truck and shopping with our awesome local vendors! We had Salon 124 braiding hair, Smile Doctors, Royal Nail Lounge, Kingdom Destinations, Thirty-One Gifts, FutureRetro Clothing, Krista Bollier Signs, and Young Living Oils in on the fun and mingling with Hamilton Mill residents. To wrap up the festivities, we had an Easter Egg hunt for the little ones (4 and under) at 3:45, and then let the bigger kids take over at 4:30 for their hunt on the back of the soccer field. The Easter eggs were filled with candy and toys, and a few lucky kids got the golden eggs with REAL golden dollars inside. We want to say thank you to the Social Committee volunteers for planning such a fun event for the neighborhood and give a huge shout out to our sponsors Hamilton Realty and the Hamilton Mill Golf Club. Thank you so much for helping make this event happen!

A STORY
THAT’S STILL BEING WRITTEN
What if the worst days of your life became your identity, the story you believed about yourself? Many children come to Eagle Ranch thinking they already know how their story will end. At Eagle Ranch, we help boys and girls see themselves as God sees them. To experience grace and redemption. To have the courage to be accountable for their choices. To have a chance to enjoy childhood. To learn how to grow into responsible adults with healthy families and a hopeful future. You can help us change a child’s story.

We are planning a new and fun format for the tennis event. Please save the date for the 14th Annual Buffalo’s Pink Party on Saturday, October 5th. Hamilton Mill for Hope will be at the Lakeview tennis courts on Monday, October 7th (9am – 12) and Tuesday, October 8th (9am – 2pm) with a luncheon on Tuesday at the Hamilton Mill Clubhouse. We thank you for continuing to make a difference in our community by being a part of Hamilton Mill for Hope and supporting Gwinnett Medical Center in their fight against breast cancer.
