SWIM TEAM NEWS
HAMILTON MILL
Hammerhead News Congratulations to the 2022 Hamilton Mill Hammerheads!! 210 swimmers filled the pool this season through a slate of four duel meets and two time trials. We celebrated hula night, red, white, and blue USA night, and Shark week. We swam fast, built friendships, and had so much fun doing it all! Over 60 Hammerheads qualified for the Gwinnett County Swim League Championships, held at the 1996 olympic pool at Georgia Tech. This is one of the largest groups we have ever sent to County Championships.
Congratulations to the following Hammerhead swimmers for making it to County: Phoebe Basic Nate Bollier Jack Bollier Carter Cheatham Adelaine Dunnington Kinley Cockrell Josh Graves Rose Diplotti Lilly Murphy Berkley Douglass Iris Ochoa Matteo Gasparini Faby Pena-Damoni Rylee Kate Hagewood Anna Smith Zoe Herrera Grace Smith Adeline Keister Kate Thigpen Quinn Krueger Tristen Thompson Cooper Kuhn Coope Wilhoit Reagan McCulloch Brayden Williams Emmy Mikan Vlad Fratiloiu Henry Mikan Hannah Fleming Zachary Pix Collins Frady Maggie Queen Landon Goldstone Selah row Hannah Krueger Avery Schultz Hogan Leverett Wade Scruggs Taylor Scruggs Austin Swiden Nathan Smola Savannah Wilbanks Anthony Weaver Leni Zimmerlin Corrine Dunnington Graham Bollier Jackson Fleming McKenna Fleming Morgan Iverson Brantley Pix Kennedy Martin Michael Poole Eve Shiflett Katie Ren Luke Smith Gabriel Shiflett Evan Smola Parker Smith Ava Syed Audrey Stokes Addy Thompson Noah Syed

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
IT’S
HOMEOWNERS,
! ! ! N O S A E S
By the time you get this we will be well into the 2022 pool season so the Board of Directors felt it would be a good time to remind everyone of a few points to help make your trip as enjoyable as possible.
AMENITY CARDS Homeowners are required to show their amenity ID to the guards upon arrival at the pool as well as scanning into the system. Scanning the card ensures that only homeowners in good standing access the pool and showing the card to the lifeguard ensures cards are not shared between people.
SWIM TEAM As a reminder the Lakeview pool is closed to residents during swim team practices AND swim meets. All dates are on the calendar at hmill.com and are also noted in the Hamilton Mill Weekly email. If you are not receiving the email, please contact the Property Management office.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
You can find the Hamilton Mill Pool Rules and Regulations document by going to the Document Center at hmill.com. From the Document Center click on “HOA Governing Documents” then “Amenity Rules and Policies”. One important item to note is that “All Guards have the authority to dismiss any member or guest from the pools for the day or longer for misconduct or non-compliance with rules.” If an infraction occurs homeowners may be subject to the following: FIRST AND SECOND INFRACTIONS Suspension of pool privileges for the day of the infraction. THIRD INFRACTION Review of infractions by the Board of Directors and potential suspension of pool privileges for the remainder of the pool season. It is our desire that our homeowners have a safe and enjoyable experience using our pools. However, we also want our lifeguards to be able to help provide a safe and enjoyable experience by enforcing the rules and regulations. Thanks for your support and enjoy the summer.
