Did You Know? Monthly friendly advice for our Reunion neighbors about covenants issues & guidelines Trash Can Enclosure Guidelines In order to keep trash cans outside hidden from view, the following guidelines have been suggested: • A fence may be installed so long as the fence… • Is painted the color of the house, the trim, or the backyard fence • Is L- shaped or a rectangle with a gate ( Maximum of 72” x 72” and taller than the trash cans (minimum height of 48”). • Is approved with a modification request • Shrubbery may be planted to conceal the trash cans so long as the shrubbery… • Is an evergreen that is thick enough to hide the trash cans year round • Is taller than the trash cans • Is approved with a modification request

The Pool Committee would like to thank the Reunion residents for their cooperation during this unprecedented pool season. As we bring the season to an end, the pool will remain open regular hours, but lifeguards will only be provided 4pm to 8pm during the weekdays and normal hours (10am to 8pm) on weekends. Please remember to clean your trash and take any belongings with you when you leave the pool as lifeguards are not on duty.
