“Killer Queen” Breaks Records for the Uptown Music Collective

he Uptown Music Collective’s Killer Queen Performance, which took place April 26th and 27th at the Community Arts Center in Williamsport, smashed all school records for ticket sales. The level of musicianship and the power of the student’s energetic stage performance also raised the bar for all future performers and performance events.

Killer Queen brought in just under 500 fans on its opening night, and double that the next night. All in all, just fewer than 1500 people saw Killer Queen.
“My students were so excited; it took them four or five songs to stop shaking from all of the adrenaline.”
