Due to brand mandated updates, Blaise Alexander Ford is beginning additions and alterations to the current dealership facility. The Alexander family regrets that they are unable to repurpose the old landmark as part of the mandated improvements. Due to public sentiment and community spirit, the Alexander family has decided to offer the existing Victorian Lady/Vic’s Pub to anyone or organization at NO COST. The house must be completely removed along with all foundations, underground utilities, and sidewalks. The buyer is completely responsible for all associated costs. The buyer’s contractor must be fully insured, and be licensed in PA. Timeframe on this removal is subject to change and cannot be finalized until later this Fall 2018.
