Aerifying Greens We will be aerifying greens one last time this summer. Monday August 4, the back 9 greens will be done, and on Tuesday Aug 5, the front 9 greens
will be done and also the lower putting green. If you choose to play 18 holes, you will play the same side twice on those two days. From the Assistant Rick Sample PGA I would like to take this opportunity to make sure everyone is aware there will be some new options for you on the golf course soon. I’m sure most, if not all of you were aware of the rocks being used to designate possible new tees on the golf course this last season. With some small modification these areas will be the new Green Tee areas. There will be other new options as well. We will now have a combination incorporating both Blue and White tees, White and Gold tees, Teal and Red tees also a combination of Red and Green tees. Our new scorecard will reflect these new sets of combination tees. All these tee sets are ready for use except for the Red/Green set. The Green tees will take some time to be permanently established. These new tee sets have been rated and are in the handicap computer for posting scores already. These new options should prove to be of benefit to many players.

Please let me or Rick know and we can call and reserve a tee time for you. New Handicap Flag Policy Thank you to everyone for cooperating with the new handicap flag policy of signing out your flag and returning it on the same day. This is helpful so that everyone who is need of a flag will be able to use one Checking in the Pro Shop We ask that everyone please check in the pro shop prior to playing. It is very important that we know who is on the golf course at all times. This is not only for our benefit, but in case there is an emergency and we need to contact you, we will know approx. what hole you will be on and we can notify you faster. Great Shots Heard Round The Views Golf Club!! Congratulations to Bill Pearsey for his hole in one on July 12 th 2014. Bill recorded his ace on hole # 7 using an 8 iron from 130 yards!! Congratulations to Bob Howe for his hole in one on July 22 nd 2014. Bob recorded his ace on hole $3 using a 6 hybrid club from 144 yards!!
