Parents – do you have teenagers who need to, love to, or plan to run but lack the motivation or company? The Aspiring Athletes Club has introduced two new running sessions to their winter programme. A ‘Pack running’ group is designed to attract college students interested in cross country, harrier events, cross training for winter sports or purely running off study cobwebs with a bunch of mates. These ‘Pack runs’ are leaving the college gym at 3.30 (for up to 40 minutes) on Wednesday afternoons with different speeds, distances and routes being offered. Your teenager can train with mates while covering the beautiful tracks around our town.
