his Saturday at the lake Wanaka Centre Armstrong room from 7.30 to 10.30pm is the latest Bluemoon party!

Bluemoon ‘Fluro’ will be our sixth party with up to a 150 young people expected to attend. As always there will be free entry, free food, free drink and three hours of Alcohol and drug free Raving. Snow chain demonstrations The chilly weather of the last couple of weeks has been a wake up call to all of us that the snow season is on its way and we need to be prepared to drive on roads affected by wintery weather conditions.

The position would suit a person with qualifications and experience in laboratory and analytical stocktaking. The primary responsibility will be to conduct all laboratory analysis and compliance operations with precision and accuracy associated with the production of wine. The position requires a person with good computer and organisation skills as they will be responsible, in conjunction with the winemakers, for the record keeping associated with WSMP, SWNZ, export certification, stock movements and labelling compliance. An interest in the wine industry is vital as the position will require periods of time working in the vineyard and/or cellar door. An interest in maintaining our social media communications would also be beneficial.

A cheerful disposition and team player attitude as well as clean and tidy work habits are essential so to ensure our facility runs smoothly and efficiently. Experience within the wine industry is preferable but not essential for the right candidate.
