The BIG LATCH ON Wanaka Breastfeeding support group is run by 3 volunteer experienced mums, offering mother to mother support in the Wanaka and surrounding area.

Stephanie, Kate and Mel (Left to right in photo), are passionate about breastfeeding and have all attended a 6 week breastfeeding peer counselling training programme run by Catkin Bartlett and Heha – Southern DHB. The group have an excellent resource library available with the latest up to date information sheets and breastfeeding books to borrow. These are all free of charge and available anytime.

Monthly meetings are held on the 1st Monday of the month at the Plunket rooms. This is a drop in session between 10.30am and 11.30am.
