21/05/2013 A male was apprehended driving under the influence of cannabis. 22/05/2013 Police dealt with a vehicle collision on Cardrona Valley Road, after one of the vehicles crossed the centre line. 22/05/2013 Burglary of an address under construction at Ribbonwood Avenue, Albert Town. The offender stole the tools and a gas regulator. A 23 year old Lake Hawea man has been arrested for this offence and is to appear at court. It is a timely reminder to us all that tools need to be secured and security stepped up. 23/05/2013 Police dealt with a report of a fight between two teenagers from the Albert Town area. 24/05/2013 A 36 year old Luggate male was apprehended, driving the short distance home from the Luggate Hotel to his address. He recorded a breath alcohol level of 638 mgms. After the blood sample is analysed it is likely he will be making his third appearance before the judge for breaching this area of legislation. Perhaps walking home would have been the better option. 25/05/2013 Police dealt with a report of a fire being lit at the Skate Park. 25/05/2013 A 47 year old Albert Town female was apprehended for excess breath alcohol. She recorded a breath alcohol level of 817 mgms after consuming wine and driving to the Dough Bin for a pie. Eating food does not sober you up! 26/05/2013 Police dealt with a vehicle collision on the Crown Range Road. Please drive to the conditions and keep on the right side of the breathalyser limits - and do not drive under the influence of drugs.
