Mais um ano se passou e o projeto da integração através do futebol ganhou mais adeptos e parceiros pelo mundo, uma nova entidade (AFIA) e conseguiu brindar os seus seguidores com três eventos em altíssimo nível no México, Portugal e Espanha.

Na tradicional Copa Caribe realizada há 22 anos em Cancun-México, tivemos quase 1.000 atletas entre 35 e 70 anos, divididos em 4 categorias. Entregamos a nova arquibancada do Campo 2 do projeto Cidade do Futebol, além de compartilhar com o maior número de participantes de nossa história, um hotel exclusivo para as delegações presentes à 22ª edição do evento (Riu Cancun).

O sonho europeu foi consolidado em 2014 com a segunda edição dos eventos na Espanha e Portugal. Observamos com muita alegria, o crescimento da prática saudável do esporte (futebol) entre os veteranos portugueses e espanhóis. A partir da nossa chegada em 2013, foram quase o dobro de equipes do velho continente e conseguimos duplicar os torneios com 4 categorias e mais de 700 atletas.

Another year has passed and the integration of the project through soccer gained more fans and partners around the world, a new entity (AFIA), and was able to provide to its followers three top quality events in Mexico, Portugal and Spain.

The traditional Copa Caribe has been held for 22 years in CancunMexico, counting with almost 1000 athletes aged from 35 to 70, divided into 4 categories. A new bleacher, from Field 2 of the Soccer’s city project has been delivered and also the largest number of participants so far shared an exclusive hotel to all the 22nd edition attending delegations. (Riu Cancun).

The European dream has been consolidated in 2014 with the second edition of the event in Spain and Portugal. We noticed with great joy the growth of healthy sport practice between Portuguese and Spanish veterans. Since our arrival, 2013, there were almost double of the old continent’s teams and we managed to duplicate the tournament with four categories and more than 700 athletes.

In its first year, AFIA reassured the mission to work for the amateur veteran athletes, anywhere in the world, finding new destinations and providing together with Cia Soccer Travel- Official Agency, a trip 4

Em seu primeiro ano, a AFIA confirmou a sua missão de trabalhar pelo atleta de futebol amador veterano, em todas as partes em que ele estiver neste mundo afora, conhecendo novos destinos e proporcionando em conjunto com a Cia Soccer Travel, a Agência Oficial, uma programação de viagem, entretenimento e lazer para os atletas e suas famílias que são o objetivo maior desta integração e a solução para os problemas deste “enlouquecido” mundo moderno.

Estou partindo para um novo desafio levando a bandeira do esporte, integração, amizade e amor para o continente norte americano, com orgulho de ser brasileiro e movido pelo combustível da alegria e sorriso de nossos clientes quando vivenciam as experiências proporcionadas pela AFIA e Cia Soccer Travel.

Agradeço aos meus queridos colaboradores totalmente dedicados, alinhados e comprometidos com a filosofia da integração e o amor ao nosso produto, aos meus pais, irmãos e sogros e aos coordenadores dos clubes/equipes espalhados por todo o Brasil, junto com o projeto ao longo de 26 anos de estrada.

I am leaving for a new challenge taking the sport’s banner, integration, friendship and love to the North American continent, being proud to be Brazilian and moved by the happiness and smile of our customers that experienced what was provided by AFIA and Cia Soccer Travel.

I am thankful for my dear utterly dedicated employees, aligned and committed to the integration philosophy and the love of our product, my parents, siblings, in-laws and the coordinators of clubs / teams spread throughout Brazil for over a 26-year-project.

This year of incredible achievements is dedicated to Marcinha, my wife and my children Diego and Paola that supported me with love/ fondness, for almost 7 months that we were away from home.

Thank God for so many blessings and may 2015 be what the Lord wishes.

Em evento solene realizado em São Paulo e transmitido ao vivo pela TV CIDADE, foi lançada oficialmente a AFIA, entidade que chegou com a missão de administrar o futebol internacional amador para veteranos em todo o mundo.

O Jantar esteve repleto de figuras históricas e representantes dos grandes clubes sociais do futebol brasileiro e contou com show do cantor Kenner Garcia.

Com esse novo formato, a Cia Soccer Travel continuará como a agência oficial dos eventos e tem a responsabilidade de organizar a programação de turismo, entretenimento e olimpíadas, enquanto a AFIA responderá exclusivamente por tudo que for relacionado ao futebol cuidando especificamente da promoção, organização e divulgação das copas organizadas pela empresa há 26 anos.

AFIA, whose main aim is to manage amatur international soccer to veterans worldwide, was officially released with a solemn cerimony broadcasted live by TV CIDADE. Memorable figures and representatives of big social clubs of Brazilian soccer were present as well as Kenner Garcia, who delighted everybody with his concert.

With this new format, Cia Soccer Travel will still be the oficial agency and has the responsibility of organizing the touristic schedule as well as entertainment and the olympics, whereas AFIA will exclusively be in charge of what it is related to soccer itself, taking care of the promotion, organization and disclosure of the cups, organized by it for 26 years.

Its climate is semitropical with an average temperature of 30°C, although it way reach 35 degrees during summer, fortunately blessed with sunny days most of the year. Surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, Cancun offers incomparable beautiful beaches of white sands where several kinds of water sports can be practiced or just enjoy a sun bathe. Modern malls offer more than 500 restaurants with the best typical and international cuisine, leisure and services, as well as numerous pubs and discotheques. In the Mayan Riviera one can find Playa del Carmen, Xcaret, Xel-Ha – the biggest and most beautiful aquarium of the word – and ancient Maya ports nowadays transformed in ecological touristic paradises. The interesting archeological spot of Tulum located beside the sea is the only walled Mayan city.

O grande destaque ficou para a empolgada torcida que prestigiou a delegação sendo decisiva para as vitórias.

At its debut at Cia Soccer Travel, Policarentes do Espirito Santo won the Olympic of Copa Caribe 2014.

The olympic sports were played at Hotel Riu Cancun with the presence of athletes, family members and supporters of the Caribbean event.

Realizado em São Paulo, no dia 20 de fevereiro, o sorteio oficial definiu os grupos, chaves e jogos realizados na 22ª edição caribenha. O sorteio foi a abertura oficial da Copa Caribe 14 contando com a presença de 50 dirigentes e 29 equipes representando 14 estados brasileiros. As equipes mexicanas, simpatizantes e atletas puderam assistir ao evento através da transmissão ao vivo pela internet. Foi uma grande confraternização do futebol social nacional e após o evento foi servido um jantar com crepes, regado a uma boa cerveja nacional e vinho argentino.

games for the 22nd Caribbean edition happened in São Paulo, on the 20th of February. The raffle was the oficial opening to Copa Caribe 14 with the presence of 50 leaders and 29 teams representing 14 Brazilian states. The mexican teams, atheltes and the general public were able to watch the event through internet live broadcast. It was a big gathering of the nacional social football and after the raffle, crepe was served for dinner and to drink great national beer and argentinian wine.

O tradicional evento prévio ao início da Copa Caribe foi realizado em 25 de abril no salão de eventos do Hotel Riu Cancun. Com a presença de representantes das equipes mexicanas e brasileiras foram apresentados o Comitê Organizador e Disciplinar e a equipe de arbitragem contando com juízes do quadro da FIFA, CBF e CONCACAF. Ao sabor de um cofeebreak caprichado, foram entregues os uniformes e seguros aos atletas mexicanos além da apresentação oficial dos troféus, medalhas e da bola oficial da copa (Brazuca).

The traditional event that anticipates the Copa Caribe happened on 25th April at Hotel Riu Cancun. The organizing and disciplinary Committee as well as well-named FIFA, CPF and CONCACAF referring corps were presented to the Mexican and Brazilian team representatives. The Mexican team’s uniforms and insurance as well as the oficial trophy, medals and offical ball (Brazuca) were presented while the participants enjoyed a tasty coffee break.

Com a base campeã de Aruba em 2012 e com o reforço do craque Ferrugem, ex Atlético/MG e Palmeiras, a equipe mineira estreou com goleada sobre os mexicanos do Old Boys (5X1). Em seu segundo confronto, venceu o Reserva da Serra (2X0) no primeiro duelo entre as equipes na competição. Na semifinal, os mineiros venceram os paulistas do São Bento (2X0), classificando-se para mais uma final em eventos da AFIA. O palco da decisão foi o Estádio Cancun 86, onde o Futsamba conquistou o tri campeonato com nova vitória sobre o Reserva da Serra (3X0), com grande atuação de Marcelo Dantas, eleito o melhor jogador do torneio. The second match, playing for the first time against Reserva da Serra (2x0) was also positive for Mineiros. Mineiros won São Bento’s paulistas (2X0), in the semi-final , qualifying for another AFIA’s finals. The finals was at Cancun Stadium 86, where Futsamba won its third championship with another victory on the Reserve Serra (3x0), with great performance of Marcelo Dantas, elected the best player. Em jogo emocionante contra o PMDF, os debutantes venceram por 4x2 na disputa de pênaltis após empate histórico (2x2) no tempo normal.

O herói do jogo foi o goleiro Ricardo, que logo depois foi premiado como o melhor da posição na categoria.

Em sua primeira final em eventos AFIA, a equipe sentiu a maior experiência do Futsamba e foi derrotada conquistando um honroso 2° lugar. Destaques para o zagueiro Castellini, e a dupla Marcio Dr. e Deco.

Na decisão do grupo, nova goleada, desta vez sobre os brasilienses do Amigos Bol (6X0) e classificação para 5ª semifinal seguida. Mas desta vez, confronto disputadíssimo contra a forte equipe mexicana do Inter Acapulco, e com gol sofrido no último minuto de jogo, derrota (1X2) e fim do sonho do tri. Destaques para o zagueiro Quinho, o volante Oda e o meia Belon.

Na semifinal contra os campeões, do Caribe (2001) e Dominicana (2005), de Ribeirão Preto, a equipe de forma surpreendente aplicou a maior goleada da competição (10x0) com direito a 6 gols de Tirson, artilheiro da categoria. A final foi cercada de muita expectativa já que reeditava o confronto de 2013 vencido pelos mineiros do BH. Em jogo muito estudado e sem muitas oportunidades de gol (0x0), surgiu na disputa de pênaltis, a estrela do goleiro Marcão que defendeu duas cobranças definindo o placar em 4X3 e levando para o estado do Mato Grosso o primeiro título em gramados cancunenses. Na grande decisão no Estádio Cancun 86, mais uma vez, contra a Transportadora Roma do Mato Grosso, e desta vez em jogo muito truncado e sem chances reais de gol, os campeões de 2013 foram derrotados nas penalidades máximas (3X4) após empate sem gols no tempo normal.

The team surprisingly had the highest score of the competition (10x0), with Tirson scoring six goals in the semifinal against the Caribbeans champion (2001), Dominicana (2005) and Ribeirão Preto. As a reedition of 2013’s match won by mineiros from BH, at lot of expectation and anxiety during the entire game, which by the way had few opportunities, ended tied (0x0). The game was set on penalties, where the goalkeeper Marcão stood out, saving two times, defining the score (4x3) and taking to the state of Mato Grosso the first cup.

CAMPEÃO / CHAMPION:

MARINA ESCARPAS - BH (Belo Horizonte/MG)

A equipe mineira do Marina Escarpas BH chegou a Cancun sem muitas apostas para a conquista da segunda edição da categoria Platino. Na estreia, a equipe “atropelou” os mexicanos do Cibeles aplicando uma sonora goleada (9X0).

A decisão do grupo teve contornos dramáticos, mas contando com uma grande atuação da equipe no âmbito coletivo, venceu o Madrugada, um dos favoritos ao título (2X1). Na semifinal, duelo contra os gaúchos do QG Farroupilha, em partida equilibrada com muita marcação e poucas chances de gol, brilhou a estrela do artilheiro da categoria Xisbéia que decidiu mais uma vez no Caribe (1X0). Na final no Estádio Cancun 86, a equipe tinha pela frente o favoritíssimo da competição, E.C. Banespa que contava com o atacante Ataliba e o lateral Rosemiro, além da dupla da seleção brasileira de futebol de salão, Banzé e Miral. Neste dia parece que houve um pacto divino com o goleiro Gallo que fechou o gol no tempo normal, sendo decisivo também na vitória dos mineiros na disputa por pênaltis (4X1). Além de Gallo, eleito melhor goleiro, destaques para os meias Vinicio e Danival, mas principalmente para o comprometimento e disciplina tática da equipe mineira.

Marina Escarpas BH from Minas Gerais arrived in Cancun with few expectations for winning the second edition of the Platinum category. At its debut, the team thrashed the Mexican Cibeles (9x0). The decision of the group had dramatic moments, but their great performance contributed to the victory against Madrugada. (2x1). In the semifinals, against Gauchos HQ Farroupilha, a balanced match with few chances of goals, Xisbéia category gunner shone once again helping the Caribbean (1X0). The final at the Cancun Stadium 86, Marina’s opponent was the favorite of the competition, E.C Banespa which included the stricker Ataliba, former Corinthians and Rosemiro, former Palmeiras, past Brazilian national team, Banze and Miral. It seemed the goalkeeper Gallo had a little help of his guardian angel due the wall built in his goal in normal time as well as in shootout, being decisive to their victory.

(4X1). Galo was elected the best goalkeeper and highlights for midfielders Vinicios and Danival, but mainly for the commitment and tactical discipline of Mineiros.

BANESPA (São Paulo/SP)

O Banespa desembarcou em Cancun com um elenco experiente em eventos realizados pela AFIA e com reforço de Ataliba, ex Corinthians e Rosemiro, ex Palmeiras.

Na estreia, o que para muitos era a final antecipada do torneio contra o experiente Cooper que contava com o reforço de Wladimir, ex Corinthians, o atacante Ataliba foi decisivo com uma cabeçada certeira no finalzinho do jogo que decretou a vitória por 1X0. Na segunda rodada e decisão da vaga para a semifinal contra os capixabas do Policarentes com os reforços de Claudio Adão, ex Santos, Flamengo e Corinthians, e Paulo Sérgio, ex Fluminense e Seleção Brasileira (1982), mesmo perdendo no marcador, a equipe não se intimidou e arrancou um empate (2x2) e a classificação com dois belos gols do meio-campo Banzé. Na semifinal, vitória sem dificuldade sobre o Uno/ Transportadora Roma (4X0) e vaga garantida na final. Na decisão no Estádio Cancun 86, a equipe paulistana perdeu muitos gols e acabou parando nas mãos do goleiro Gallo de BH, que garantiu o empate sem gols no tempo normal.

Na disputa de pênaltis, o favoritismo se transformou em nervosismo e a equipe viu o título escapar, perdendo para o Marina Escarpas BH por (1X4). Destaques para o goleiro André e o meia Banzé.

QG FARROUPILHA (Porto Alegre/RS)

Gauchos of QG Farroupilha had reinforcements from Brasilia and Arujá and debuted at AFIA’s events winning the Mexican Deportivo Pioneers (3x0). During group decision, draw (1X1) against New Orleans, which due the combination of results, both were classified to the semifinal. In the semifinal, QG faced BH team and succumbed to the greater international experience from Mineiros (0x1), missing the chance to be in their first final in AFIA’s events. Highlights for midfielders Roberto, Nuhues and Miranda.

Banespa landed in Cancun with an experienced group in events organized by AFIA and reinforced by Ataliba. The debut, to many people was an early final, against experienced Cooper that had the participation of Wladimir, former Corinthians. Ataliba, striker, was decisive with an accurate headed goal, winning the game. (1X0). In the second and round decision to a place in the semifinal, the Capixabas Policarentes with reinforcement of Claudio Adam, former Santos, Flamengo and Corinthians, and Paulo Sergio, former Fluminense and Brazilian National Team (1982), the team was not intimidated by the marker and fought for a (2x2), being classified with two beautiful goals from midfield, Banze. In the semifinal, easy victory against Uno / Transportadora Roma (4X0), grabbing a place in the final. The decision at Cancun Stadium 86, the paulista team lost a lot of goals and ended up at the goalkeeper’s hands Gallo of BH, who ensured the goalless draw in normal time. In shootout , the favoritism turned into nervousness and the team let the title slip, losing for Marina Escarpas BH (1X4).

A equipe mineira do Marina Escarpas BH chegou a Cancun sem muitas apostas para a conquista da segunda edição da categoria Platino. Na estreia, a equipe “atropelou” os mexicanos do Cibeles aplicando uma sonora goleada (9X0).

A decisão do grupo teve contornos dramáticos, mas contando com uma grande atuação da equipe no âmbito coletivo, venceu o Madrugada, um dos favoritos ao título (2X1). Na semifinal, duelo contra os gaúchos do QG Farroupilha, em partida equilibrada com muita marcação e poucas chances de gol, brilhou a estrela do artilheiro da categoria Xisbéia que decidiu mais uma vez no Caribe (1X0). Na final no Estádio Cancun 86, a equipe tinha pela frente o favoritíssimo da competição, E.C. Banespa que contava com o atacante Ataliba e o lateral Rosemiro, além da dupla da seleção brasileira de futebol de salão, Banzé e Miral. Neste dia parece que houve um pacto divino com o goleiro Gallo que fechou o gol no tempo normal, sendo decisivo também na vitória dos mineiros na disputa por pênaltis (4X1). Além de Gallo, eleito melhor goleiro, destaques para os meias Vinicio e Danival, mas principalmente para o comprometimento e disciplina tática da equipe mineira.

Marina Escarpas BH from Minas Gerais arrived in Cancun with few expectations for winning the second edition of the Platinum category. At its debut, the team thrashed the Mexican Cibeles (9x0). The decision of the group had dramatic moments, but their great performance contributed to the victory against Madrugada. (2x1). In the semifinals, against Gauchos HQ Farroupilha, a balanced match with few chances of goals, Xisbéia category gunner shone once again helping the Caribbean (1X0). The final at the Cancun Stadium 86, Marina’s opponent was the favorite of the competition, E.C Banespa which included the stricker Ataliba, former Corinthians and Rosemiro, former Palmeiras, past Brazilian national team, Banze and Miral. It seemed the goalkeeper Gallo had a little help of his guardian angel due the wall built in his goal in normal time as well as in shootout, being decisive to their victory.

O Banespa desembarcou em Cancun com um elenco experiente em eventos realizados pela AFIA e com reforço de Ataliba, ex Corinthians e Rosemiro, ex Palmeiras.

Na estreia, o que para muitos era a final antecipada do torneio contra o experiente Cooper que contava com o reforço de Wladimir, ex Corinthians, o atacante Ataliba foi decisivo com uma cabeçada certeira no finalzinho do jogo que decretou a vitória por 1X0. Na segunda rodada e decisão da vaga para a semifinal contra os capixabas do Policarentes com os reforços de Claudio Adão, ex Santos, Flamengo e Corinthians, e Paulo Sérgio, ex Fluminense e Seleção Brasileira (1982), mesmo perdendo no marcador, a equipe não se intimidou e arrancou um empate (2x2) e a classificação com dois belos gols do meio-campo Banzé. Na semifinal, vitória sem dificuldade sobre o Uno/ Transportadora Roma (4X0) e vaga garantida na final. Na decisão no Estádio Cancun 86, a equipe paulistana perdeu muitos gols e acabou parando nas mãos do goleiro Gallo de BH, que garantiu o empate sem gols no tempo normal.

Na disputa de pênaltis, o favoritismo se transformou em nervosismo e a equipe viu o título escapar, perdendo para o Marina Escarpas BH por (1X4). Destaques para o goleiro André e o meia Banzé.
