In our recent academic term in Bosnia and Herzegovina, our curriculum included a module titled "Domains of the Future" which delved into the confluence of artificial intelligence and journalism. Raya N., from the Class of '24, enriched her learning experience by interning at the History Museum of Sarajevo. This exposure led her to identify compelling parallels between the histories of Bosnia and Herzegovina and her native Bangladesh.
Raya's in-depth exploration and interactions with the local community culminated in her writing an essay titled "Resilience Amidst Adversity: Unveiling the Lingering Effects of 20th Century Wars on Bangladesh and Bosnia." We're proud to announce that this essay was distinguished as the term's top piece of writing by our educator panel.
