Creating a New Division Our client was the CEO of a company that provided back office services for the staffing industry including payroll financing. They were interested in getting into the payroll business for other industries across Canada. However, they weren’t sure what their target market should be for payroll services given there were several large payroll companies operating in the same space. They did not have a website specifically for their payroll solution and weren’t sure if they should create a new website or just add a tab to their existing website. They had no idea how many people were looking for this solution.
