In this one-of-a-kind program, you’ll work with faculty, staff, and employer partners throughout your college career to take steps that have been proven to lead to success in the job search.

If the student is not employed or offered employment within 6 months of graduation, the student may elect one of the following:
1. The College will make standard monthly payments to the student totaling the amount of all federally subsidized loans incurred while at Thomas College for up to 12 months or until employed, or
2. While unemployed, take up to 6 online evening tuition-free graduate courses toward their master’s program.
