Second Match Announced For WWE RoadBlock

WWE presents Survivor Series in just over a week's time but it seems the company is already overlooking their final dual brand event of the year and beginning to announce matches for both TLC and RoadBlock: End of the Line in December. The company has already announced the main event for Smack Down’s TLC payper-view on December 4th, with Dean Ambrose having his final attempt at the WWE Championship that is currently around the waist of AJ Styles and this match has recently been unveiled as a TLC match between the two rivals. Whilst the main event for Roadblock has also already been announced as well, with Kevin Owens facing off against Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship, this means that Roman could make history at Roadblock by becoming the first ever combined Universal and United States Champion, and just the third Universal Champion. As well as this incredible main event match, WWE has today announced that former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins will take on former Undisputed Champion Chris Jericho at the same event. This is a huge match for both superstars given their personal history. Jericho is the reason that Rollins isn't the Universal Champion right now, after the best friend of Kevin Owens found a way into their match at Hell in a Cell and then

turned what should have been a straightforward one-on-one match into a handicap match. Rollins still managed to hold his own throughout the match, but it was Owens that secured the victory and retained his Championship, only for Jericho to then go back and hit an already battered Seth Rollins with a Code breaker. From that moment it was obvious that the duo would collide once again, it was just a matter of where. Obviously, they have to find a way to co-exist before they are allowed to fully go after each other, because along with Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman and Kevin Owens, these two also make up the Raw team for Survivor Series next weekend. The Raw team isn't the only dysfunctional one either, with Shane McMahon only recently being added to the WWE Smack Down team, it is thought that this could be the downfall of the blue brand. As yet it is unknown how these men will work as a team because they all have personal problems with each other and they are now ready to face off in just over a month’s time. It is a bit silly on WWE's behalf to already be announcing matches for the two final events of the year when Survivor Series has to happen first. The Survivor Series event is already building into one of the biggest events of the year, with Brock Lesnar and Goldberg set to collide for the first time in 12 years and only today it was announced that The Great One himself, The Rock will also be in attendance for the event. Add to that the fact that WWE has been building this rivalry between both Raw and Smack Down ever since the brand split came into effect following the WWE Draft back in July, and you would think that WWE would want to make Survivor Series into as big a spectacle that they possibly could. It is good that WWE is finally putting Jericho into a pay-per-view match of his own, though; it means that they are finally using him to his potential because he is supposed to be leaving WWE in early January so that he can continue touring with his band Fozzy.

The group is set to release a new album so Jericho has to go on tour with them to promote it, this is sad because he has become one of the biggest and most over things in WWE recently, thanks to his list. But at the same time, it perhaps is the perfect time for WWE to allow someone else to be on top of Monday Night Raw. Jericho and Rollins have had a problem for the past few months, ever since Jericho announced that he was Owen's Best friend, so it's good that WWE is allowing the superstars to finally fight it out between themselves before he leaves. It is unknown what way this match will go either, with a Triple H return also at the back of all wrestling fans minds, what does the future actually hold for Seth Rollins?
