The backyard features a hot tub, meandering paths with sculptures, fountains, and beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Other highlights include a caretaker’s wing with additional kitchen, extra-large and luxurious master suite, 4-car garage, elevator, and endless ocean views throughout.

Housekeeping

PET POLICY

Well behaved, house trained pets may be allowed upon owner approval. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred. No pets allowed on beds or furniture. Guests are required DAILY to pick up after their pets. Dog bed provided upon request.

CARPET & UPHOLSTERY POLICY

Please do not attempt to clean carpets or upholstery as this could cause further staining or damage.

Spills happen! Not to worry, just please reach out to management as soon as possible and it will be addressed.

LAUNDRY

Washer and dryer and supplies are in upstairs laundry room. Please clean filter after each use, and leave washer door open after use. Only use the detergent supplied.

UPON DEPARTURE

Please place all trash in the appropriate receptacles outside.

General Information

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE FOLLOWING:

• No smoking

• Conserve water when possible

• Please be mindful of our neighbors - turn exterior lights off and outdoor music by 10pm.

• Please remove sandy shoes at front entrance.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING DAY:

Garbage service is Wednesday. Gardener will bring bins to the curb, please bring them back Wednesday evening.

GARDENER:

Gardener comes Tuesday and Friday.

GARAGE REMOTE, GATE REMOTE AND EXTRA KEYS:

Located in office area in kitchen.

OUTDOOR FIRE PIT

Turn on gas at side of fire pit, use long lighter to ignite, please use caution and keep long hair and clothing away from flame. Lighter is stored in office area in kitchen.

FIREPLACES:

Indoor fireplaces not for use.

HOT TUB:

Towels located in basket in sun room.

Spa service: Spa is serviced every other Tuesday.

Spa rules: Use at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised. No glass containers may be used near the hot tub. Do not put any soaps, oils, chemicals, or other liquids in water. Rinse off sand and dirt before entering hot spa.
