of Dental Medicine in Boston. An Army veteran, he served as General Dentist at Fort Benning and completed a tour of duty in Iraq before entering private practice in metro-Atlanta. Tash-Marie also educated in the Northeast, is the Chief Operating Officer and oversees all of the administration of both Newnan and their new Fayetteville practice, Fayette Dental Group. According to Tash-Marie, making the patient experience caring and personalized is paramount and especially for children. It’s important for children to have a positive association with their dental care at an early age to ensure good dental habits in the years to come. “Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment,” she smiled. “Children need a positive experience because it eases their anxiety as adults.” Along with their two children, Charley IV - or “CJ” - and Keagan, the family is actively involved in a number of community outreach programs. Through their efforts serving with the Coweta Samaritan Clinic, Summit Family YMCA and Real Life Center, the family is committed to being community servants. “We as a family invest in our community and support our team members giving back as well because the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others is very important to us,” Tash-Marie said. With a bright office, brimming with positivity and smiles, the team at Complete Dental Arts practices what they preach. Whether you need a dental cleaning or to fix a cracked tooth, the office also offers a variety of services including crowns, dental implants, dermal fillers, and even Botox. “We offer many different preventative, restorative and cosmetic services, but we’re comprehensive in who we serve,” Tash-Marie said. “From children to the young at heart, we welcome everyone." Complete Dental Arts are in-network with major insurance companies including Aetna, Delta Dental, MetLife, United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield, to name a few. Do not have dental insurance but still
wanting to maintain your dental health? “Complete Dental Arts has an inhouse discount membership plan that provides a discount on our standard fees,” Tash-Marie said. “We offer patient financing through CareCredit and have flexible payment options.” As 2019 prepares to draw to a close, the practice is encouraging those with dental benefits to utilize them before the end of the year. “Whether it’s the dental insurance you have not utilized for your cleanings or needing a treatment plan to maximize your flexible spending account, we’re here and ready for anything you need,” she said.
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and cleanse us from all 1John 1:9 unrighteousness. Do not run from God. Run to Him. Receive His forgiveness. Receive His cleansing. No matter how badly you’ve sinned, He’s eager to forgive and to cleanse you of all unrighteousness. America Must Stand With Israel! God is Good All The Time The W. N
ot many couples get married where they had their first date. Angela and Jason Daugherty wed on Saturday, Sept. 28, at RPM Full Service, the restaurant where they first met. The two met online, and were initially friends, said Angela. “I met the love of my life,” Jason said. “We really liked each other and were trying to see where things were going so we ended up going for karaoke,” Angela said. According to Jason, he and Angela wanted a casual wedding, and the venue was a better fit for their personalities. “It seemed kind of like us. We’re not ‘suit and tie’ kind of people so it seemed really fitting,” he said. “It was literally no show, just hanging out with us.” The Daughertys reached out to Joe Rizzo, the owner of RPM Full Service, about using the restaurant as a venue and explained why they wanted to hold
their wedding there. “He liked the idea of the non-traditional,” Angela said. “He was very open to the idea.” “How could I say no?” Rizzo said. “We have this space and it was a beautiful story. It never crossed my mind to say ‘no.’ It never crossed my mind to say anything but ‘yes.’ It was just a meantto-be scenario right there.” The couple was married by Jason’s friend, Alex Boyd. Boyd had been ordained for a few years, but had not yet married anyone, said Jason. “A friend of mine from high school became an ordained minister a couple years back. I said, ‘I got a brilliant idea,’” Jason said. “It kind of helped shake that up a little bit. It was fun,” Jason said. “I’ve waited a long time to meet this guy. We were just looking for a friend to meet up and have some drinks,” Angela said. “I had no idea this is what it was going to turn into.”

Coweta County Market Update
he real estate market has always been a very tumultuous market. The strength of the overall economy can usually be tracked through the real estate market. Over the last year, you may have noticed more and more houses going up for sale. So what does this mean? Let’s take a look at how the local real estate market has changed in the last year by looking at some numbers provided by the Georgia MLS. Overall, the real estate market for Coweta county has seen good improvements over the last year. Compared to month over month statistics of 2018 (January - September), Coweta county has seen an average 12.31% increase in the number of new listings to the market. This number shows us that more homes have been made available for sale in 2019 compared to 2018. The county has also seen a 2.08% increase in the average sales price for the county. Over the last few years, we would classify the real estate market as a “Seller’s Market.” What this means is that we have seen more buyers looking to purchase a home than there are homes available. This imbalance usually results in multiple offer situations which can drive the prices of homes up. Think of it like the traditional economics principle of supply and demand. As the supply decreases, the demand increases and vice versa. Interest rates are typically a big factor in whether or not buyers are looking to purchase a home at the time. The average interest rate for a 30-year Conventional Loan in September 2018 was 4.75%. For September 2019 that number dropped to 3.99%. Lower interest rates means that buyers have more buying power where they can afford more home for the payment. While prices appear to continue to rise compared to 2018, the number of sold homes has essentially stayed the same at a -0.66% decrease. More homes are coming to the market but compared to 2018, the same number of homes have sold so far for the year. This shift if usually an indicator of a “shifting market.” The market appears to be leveling out at this time. Home values are still up and there are still many buyers looking for homes. But we are starting to see early signs of the real estate market slowing down. Should this concern home owners? The answer is, no. The economy is doing well, interest rates are still incredibly low, and there is still an abundance of buyers looking to take advantage of these interest rates and the influx of 100% financing options. It’s still a great time for homeowners to cash in on the potential equity they have in their home. The market has to hit a plateau at some point in time and it appears we are approaching that time. The shift in the real estate market that we are starting to see should not worry homeowners in the area. The real estate market for Coweta county is still going strong and homeowners are continuing to get top dollar for their homes.
