Lemons Baking soda Food color Fork/popsicle stick Dish soap
Cut lemon in half, same the cut portion for the experiment! Use form or popsicle stick to poke holes in the lemon, this will help get the reaction going. Add a few drops of food coloring to the top of the lemon followed by a little dish soap (this will help cause bubbles!) Sprinkle the top with baking soda. Use the Fork/popsicle stick to push some baking soda down into the lemon, squeeze the top of the lemon you cut off over the cut area...watch the eruption!
