Summer Theater in the
Sea Garden again welcomes and hosts the fine
musical and dance arts. For the first time after
a long period of silence, a Bulgarian musicalperforming
work of art – the operetta Bulgarians
of Olden Days – is presented, a deserved
gesture of reverence to the founders of the first
Bulgarian music festival. The world premiere of
the musical The Count of Monte Cristo, via the
outstanding destiny of one of the most beloved
novel characters, brings life to the eternal idea of
humanism and justice.
We have not forgotten our traditional admirers who
look forward to exciting encounters with classical
works. The opera and ballet masterpieces
Turandot, La boheme, Boris Godunov, La forza de
destino and Norma, Don Quixote, and the Gala
concerts are a multi-color bunch of flowers of
creative achievements of authors and talented
world-renowned performers.
