Crash Data Management System
Safety Screening Report The Safety Screening Report combines high crash loca on review with user‐defined criteria to evaluate the poten al applica on of low‐cost countermeasures. The report uses database automa‐ on and GIS tools to expedite review of candidate loca ons.
The Crash Data Management System is a custom so ware suite developed by TOA that helps address traffic safety issues through the analysis of crash data and other traffic data. CDMS tools are adapted to target safety concerns through the 3E approach (engineering, enforcement, and educa on), and integrate the State of Florida’s Strategic Highway Safety Plan Emphasis Areas.
