Operating out of a small office on West Washington Street in downtown Chicago, Benesch started out with one engineer–our founder, Mr. Alfred Benesch. From the start, he was committed to providing quality work, treating people fairly and always meeting client expectations. With those principles guiding him, Mr. Benesch was confident he would find success. As the demand for our services grew, Benesch expanded into new geographies and diversified our offerings. A series of successful mergers and acquisitions further helped us to meet the needs of our growing client base. The firm is now 1,000 employees strong with offices across the country, providing a wide range of services to various markets.
