He served as a member of the Board of Directors and chaired the Administration Department of what became the valley’s largest brokerage firm before Sotheby’s purchase of Jackson Hole Realty in 2005. It is at Sotheby’s where Tom’s career flourished. His landmark sales include the 1,500-acre Bar BC Ranch, listed at $112 million--the highest price for any property in Teton County at the time; the 1,250-acre Spring Gulch Ranch, listed at $75 million; and over $230 million in resales at the Bar BC and the Bar B Bar Ranches in Jackson Hole. In addition to selling and listing properties, Tom has extensive experience in property development. Past projects include development of commercial and residential properties as well as the design, build and sale of speculative homes. As a committed member of the Jackson Hole community, Tom has served on numerous nonprofits in and around the valley. His prior service includes positions on the Board of Directors for the Greater Teton Area Habitat for Humanity, the Board of the Jackson Hole Land Trust, and the Board of Governors for 3 Creek Ranch. Her certification as an Expert Real Estate Negotiator and past experience managing an eyewear retailer’s multi-million-dollar online marketing campaign ensures Ashley will help you achieve your real estate goals. Ashley’s roots in Jackson Hole run deep. Moving to the valley as a small child, she called Jackson Hole home until she graduated from Jackson Hole High School. After attending college at the University of North Carolina, where she earned a degree in International Business with a minor in Spanish, Ashley spent more than a decade frequently relocating with her family as a U.S. Military spouse. Valerie Conger Sales Associate

Valerie Conger has been selling Jackson Hole real estate since 2000 with uncompromising integrity and professionalism. Valerie Conger was born in Wiesbaden, Germany. She grew up as a military brat in Spangdahlem, Germany and attended high school at the French military school in Trier, Germany. After receiving her Baccalaureat, Valerie continued her studies in Strasbourg, France, then attended the Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Nantes. In the course of a dual degree program with HEC Nantes, Valerie obtained her Master’s in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. With a love for travel, Valerie was making her way to Australia when she decided to visit the National Parks out west. While visiting Jackson Hole in the summer of 1995, Valerie experienced a real and tangible sense of place which compelled her to call Jackson Hole home. Valerie has been living in Jackson Hole since 1996 and enjoys an active lifestyle of long hikes in Grand Teton National Park, back-country skiing, skate-skiing, rock climbing and biking. She continues to discover the world in her free time and frequently travels to France to visit her family.
