SEPT. 25TH 2015
FRIDAY
People of Tomorrow,
THE WAIT IS OVER! The first official day of TomorrowWorld is upon us. You, the beautiful People of Tomorrow, have come from near and far to discover the Key to Happiness, a brand new chapter in this fairytale world. Last night, The Gathering pre-party set the vibes and warmed up the gorgeous grounds of the Chattahoochee Hills, but now it’s time to bust this epic adventure wide open. The time is now. Leave your worries, your judgements and your ego behind. They are not needed here. A mystical land exploding with colors, smiles and blissful energy awaits you. Let the music guide you. Explore, wander and open your eyes and your heart to this mystical world. As you venture through the grounds, remember that everyone around you is here for the same reason, and each and every one of you is integral to this magical, musical union. Greet them the same way you would your family and friends with lots of smiles, high fives and hugs. Let’s fill this place with love. Let’s show the world what the People of Tomorrow are all about. Your journey to the world of Tomorrow is over, but now, the real journey begins. The stages are ready. The artists can barely contain themselves. Now go. Write your story. Make Friends. Make memories. Make history. This is your chance to experience pure happiness.

THE DOORWAYS
TO HAPPINESS
In the sprawling, awe-inspiring world of Tomorrow, it’s easy to lose track of where you want to go. During the weekend, this newspaper will serve as your guide to TomorrowWorld. Not only metaphorically, but also literally: As an introduction, we’ll show you around the best spots and secret hideaways, so you’ll be fully equipped to explore the grounds. Today, we introduce you to the wise House of Books and the rowdiest watercraft you’ve ever seen.
If you’re looking to really absorb the messages behind the music, the House of Books stage can be your classroom this weekend. It’s here that you’ll gain your street smarts during the first day when it’s taken over by the driving beats of the It’s a Trap artists. Then, the books will open your eyes to the wonders of the world on the second day when Hardwell’s friends at Revealed Recordings take the podium. Knowledge is power… and paradise here at the House of Books, especially on the third day. Be wise, and don’t forget to make your way to this magical library of sound and open your mind to the music that

This stage crafted of exotic leaves and flowers will take you on a voyage through the best that house, drum and bass and future music has to offer. Potion will be poised to bring this boat into overdrive on the first day, while the drum and bass buffs from Hospital Records will have the boat rocking, full steam ahead. Amelia, 22 & Rachael, 22 (Australia) “We met at a camp, working with kids this summer. Turned out that we both had the same plan; to tour the US for a while. We’re nomads, discovering new places, meeting new people, experiencing new things.”
LET THE
GAMES BEGIN!
So you’re all settled in your tent and you’ve met your DreamVille neighbors. Like back in the day when camping was something you did with classmates, you need some games to break the ice and have a little fun. Here are some ideas for playtime.
What you need for the following games: pen and paper, and a dose of inspiration. Who Am I? How it works: Everyone thinks of a person (a celeb, or if the people you’re playing the game with are all friends of yours, you could choose someone else you all know) and writes his/her name on a piece of paper. You then go behind someone, show the tag you wrote to the rest of the group and stick it onto your victim’s forehead, or try and place it in their hair. Either way, be very careful not to reveal the identity to the person who you’re tagging! Now, the guessing game can begin: you take turns asking questions. You’re only allowed to ask questions that can be answered with ‘yes’ or ‘no’. The first to correctly guess their own identity is obviously the winner, but the game is not completed until everyone’s figured out who they are. Draw it First, make a written collection of objects to draw from. In pairs, one picks a slip with the drawing assignment while the other one guesses. You get a set amount of time (i.e. max 3 minutes) per game, and then it’s the next team’s turn. The quicker you guess, the more cards you can draw in the set time frame.
Tiva, 35, New Orleans (USA) & Max (31) Ohio (USA) “He’s my neighbor this weekend. Started giving me attitude in the beginning. I told him off,” Tiva said. “Yeah, so I thought I’d better be nice to her,” Max said. And look at them now!
Nicole, 23, San Francisco (USA) Nicole (with goggles) met the owner of Chattahoochee Hills. “Him and his wife told us that whenever we walk across the bridge between stages, we should wave and they’d always wave back.”

DREAMVILLE Are you in need of food, drinks, a shiny new haircut or something you forgot to bring from home? Don’t worry, we got you! DreamVille is your one-stop shop for all things festy. Whether it’s a freshly baked baguette, slick sunglasses or a nice hot cup of coffee, you’ll find it here. The passionate men and women at these shops are happily at your service with a smile.
FASHION BAZAAR
BAKERY
Feeling underdressed? Stop by the Fashion Bazaar with a variety of vendors here to help you express yourself and feel as beautiful as you are. One of those vendors is The Headspace, where you’ll meet Ron. Hailing from Atlanta, this former restaurant manager found his true calling within the festival circuit. “I left the corporate world for this lifestyle. I opened about 45 restaurants all over the US. I was a manager for the majority of my life. One day my son’s listening to Bassnectar. I walk in, and something connected. He showed me this wonderful world. It changed my life. I quit my job to do this for a living. It’s all these wonderful people, the unity they share, that’s why.”
Those longing for something else than the ramen they brought along should take a look at the Bakery, though it will be nearly impossible just to look. Owner Mark Allen came over to the U.S. 25 years ago to share his Australian food experience. Nowadays, he’s running the famous Australian Bakery Café in Atlanta. Celebrities like The Who, Mel Gibson and Taylor Swift pay him a hungry visit every once in a while to get a bite of his famous meat pies. You famished? Get a Ned Kelly pie. Trust us, you want one. You will not be disappointed.
BOUTIQUE
JEWELRY
SHEAR LOVE
Hippy Chic is the fashion trend of the moment, and Festy Besty is the boutique for it at TomorrowWorld. Owner Paige Martin explains what hippy chic actually entails. “If I had to summarize it, it’d be clothing you’d wear to a festival but you could also rock in real life. The fashion is inspired by the feeling of the festival itself. I designed almost everything in here, and handcrafted the flower halos myself. I want every girl to look her best. You deserve that, to feel pretty in a beautiful environment like this.”
Jewels come in all size and shapes, and can brighten up your day in an instant. Take a look in the Jewelry, a treasure cove if we ever saw one. We’re not talking cheap glass rings. Every piece is handcrafted in exotic places around the globe and carefully picked out by Culture Cross. Founders Alex Zinn and Ben Chaffee have traveled all over, teaching English and collecting amazing gems on the side. Their passion for tribal jewelry has bloomed into an incredible, booming business, with sales reps in America, Australia and Europe.
Being a barber is about taking care of people. For a short while, the barber is your best friend. You can tell him or her anything, and they’ll use their expertise to make you look the best you can. Mimi Lee has been in the industry for over 12 years in Atlanta and now owns Shear Love. Her salon only uses eco-friendly products and demands the very best of the employees. Need a new look? Go see for yourself. You might not recognize the person in the mirror afterwards, and that’s meant in the best way possible.
MAC & CHEESE
BOLLYWOOD ZING
WAFFLES & DINGES
This all-American food truck is serving up scratch-made mac and cheese just like your mom or grandma would make! From their Mac Bowls to their home-made sides and sandwiches, this is where you can find the ultimate comfort food. “We have a kitchen in Loganville, GA and we take our truck everywhere from Alpharetta to Savannah,” said Lee, the bossman over at the Mac & Cheese food truck. Having been all over Georgia, it was time to grace the state’s biggest and most glorious festival. “We heard lots of great things, and everything really is awesome!”
Looking to add a little spice to your life? Make your way over to the Bollywood Zing food truck where you can find delicious, authentic Indian cuisine. This is Bollywood Zing’s second year serving up favorite Indian dishes at TomorrowWorld. “The music is good, the people are good… it’s a lovely festival,” said Sailesh, the head chef and owner at Bollywood Zing. Wake up your tastebuds and get yourself going with a Samosa Chaat or Chana Masala. Their Tikka Bites deep-fried boneless chicken marinated in house spices - are always a hit!
Try the signature sweets of the very place that started it all - Belgium! Waffles & Dinges is where you can enjoy legendary waffles, made with the recipe the Belgians kept secret from the rest of the world. Try the Throwdown or the Double Trouble, which are oozing with whip cream and tasty toppings. Thomas, the Belgian owner, said it took him three years to finally make it to TomorrowWorld with his truck. “It’s like being reborn - it’s opening up a whole new world for me. I’m so proud of my fellow Belgians who put this together.”

THE GATHERING
Feeling a bit fuzzy? Good morning sunshine, it’s a brand new day! Last night’s memories beginning to return? Lets us help you a bit. The first beats of The Gathering echoed over DreamVille early, while new arrivals were still setting up shop. Comrad & Coin kicked off the weekend and were swiftly followed by heroes like Stereo Killah, Brian Cross, FTampa. While the People of Tomorrow were still flooding in, the early birds could already be found at the barriers. Die-hards, all of you. While the party grew larger and larger and the cheers of the crowd became louder and louder, it started to sprinkle a bit from the sky up high. But instead of running back to the safety of your tent,
you didn’t give a rat’s ass. Bless. For a short period of time there was even a beautiful rainbow across the grounds, as if the gods themselves blessed our joyful gathering. Night fell, and you still were arriving by the masses. With Black Tiger Sex Machine and Yves V, it couldn’t go hard enough. Every last bit of energy got spilled during the amazing closing set of Headhunterz. When the speakers went silent, you just didn’t want to stop raging. On and on you went. In your own tent, with your neighbors, with strangers and friends alike. You broke in this already amazing weekend in a way only the People of Tomorrow could do. Thank you and can’t wait to see you again today on the festival grounds!

EVERYTHING EVOLVES. MUSIC, FESTIVALS AND THE ARTISTS PLAYING IT. YOU CAN EASILY STATE THAT HEADHUNTERZ IS ONE OF THE MOST VERSATILE PRODUCERS ALIVE RIGHT NOW. IN RECENT YEARS, HE HAS BEEN MOVING AND SEARCHING FOR A NEW SOUND, A NEW ALLURE. WE MET UP WITH HIM BACKSTAGE DURING THE GATHERING, RIGHT BEFORE HIS SET THAT YOU ALL, NO DOUBT, ENJOYED SO MUCH.
HEADHUNTERZ: FOCUSING ON NEW THINGS Willem has been in Atlanta for the last few days leading up to TomorrowWorld, taking some welldeserved time off. While Yves V is entertaining the crowd on stage, he arrives with the step of a man on a mission. It’s the sight of someone that thinks about life, about the bigger picture. His much-talked about musical and personal transformation comes, for him, as a natural development. “I didn’t grow up with spirituality. Looking back, I think it all started for me quite a few years back, in 2008. My career was booming, things were going great, but it took a toll on me. I was stressing out a lot, and I took that as a bad sign. I started reading up on things like meditation in my spare time. My perspective on my life, and life in general, broadened. And with it, my vision on music.” His collabs with various artists you’d never expect, like Steve Aoki, R3hab or Krewella, may have taken anybody by surprise but Willem himself. It’s the kind
13
of attitude towards making music that’s a perfect fit for an elaborate festival like TomorowWorld. “I’ve been playing Tomorrowland for years now. I’ve always thought of it as a very inspirational place. A safe haven for positivity, with that dreamy vibe. That’s why I always love to return, wherever the festival takes place.” Headhunterz is moving on. “I’m very focused on the search for new sounds, new influences. I’ve put my involvement in the Hard With Style label on hold because I don’t believe in splitting one’s attention between different things. If I want to do something, I want to put my whole heart and soul into it without other things on my mind.” Headhunterz is evertransforming, and that’s a great thing for electronic music.

UNITING FROM
AROUND THE WORLD RAFAEL & BEATRIZ SOUTH REGION, BRAZIL These two from Brazil were rolling down the boardwalk into DreamVille for the very first time with a huge crew. Even as they were toting and juggling all of their camping gear and cases of beer, they had huge smiles on their faces. This group of friends was cool enough to drop all of their stuff to chat with us for a few. Beatriz and Rafael had recently moved from the South Region of Brazil to right here near the Chattahoochee Hills in Atlanta! Of course, they had TomorrowWorld in mind when deciding to move to the states. Work and studies brought them to the U.S., and today - more than ever - they are even happier to be able to call Atlanta home. When asked what they are most looking forward to for their first ever TomorrowWorld adventure, Rafael instantly chimed in assertively saying, “Definitely the music.”
ALEXANDER AKA “SMURF” BUNBURY, AUSTRALIA “It’s my signature,” Smurf said as he whipped out his identification showing that his autograph really read “Smurf.” “Everyone calls me that.” Smurf traveled all the way from the down under to share in the TomorrowWorld madness, but he comes with a particularly funny story of how he arrived here. His wife left him, and well… one drunken night…. “I tried to buy Tomorrowland tickets and accidentally got a pass for TomorrowWorld.” As soon as he realized his “mistake” - which became a blessing - he contacted his American friends and immediately made plans to journey to Atlanta with no hesitation. It was clearly meant to be! He was grinning from ear to ear and wearing his Aussie flag around his neck proudly. Not to mention, his crew of American friends were sure glad to have him along for the adventure! After all, the Aussies sure know how to get down!
LISA & CONOR ARMAGH, IRELAND This Irish couple couldn’t have been happier to be in the beautiful world of Tomorrow. Lisa had just moved to West Virginia from Ireland, while Conor was capping off 6 weeks of romping around the United States. What a finale to an awesome trip! The perfect example of why the People of Tomorrow are so wonderful, these two were stopping and talking to every person they passed! When we ran into them, they had left their campsite an hour prior to make their way to the bathrooms, but had yet to make it as they kept meeting people and chatting along the way, “Everyone is so nice,” Lisa said. Look out for these fun Irish ravers today, as they will be running around the festival dressed head-to-toe as Mignons. If you see them at Dimitri Vegs & Like Mike or Martin Garrix, be sure to throw them a high five - these two are loads of fun!

DRUMCODE
Get your booty shaking at the It’s a Trap! stage today. It’s going to get down ‘n dirty with Bro Safari, NGHTMRE, Dotcom and many more. But let’s be honest, there’s one really big fella who’ll be gracing this stage today. Literally. DJ Diesel, formerly known as Shaquille O’Neal, is making his TomorrowWorld debut at 8PM at It’s a Trap!. No matter the word on the street, there’s only one way to find out what Shaq has in store for the People of Tomorrow. We imagine he’ll be slamming those beats as hard as his famous dunk. Bring on the Trap!
There’s hard, and there’s Q-Dance. The infamous Q is back at the hills of Chattahoochee yet again, delivering only the best of the best hard dance has brought forth in recent years. There’s a reason the word quality begins with a Q, so prep yourself for face-melting bass and melodies that’ll take you up to - and above - cloud nine. Under the experienced guidance of MC Villain, you’ll dance to legends like Frontliner, Coone, Psyko Punkz, Bass Modulators. If you think that’ll be all, guess again. American favorite Darksiderz is bringing out the big guns for the start of today, followed by Skellism and Sylence. You know you want the Q.
Drumcode is techno at its best. Drumcode isn’t so much a label anymore, but has grown out into a proper movement led by its creator Adam Beyer. The Swede is bringing some kick-ass friends along for the ride, so if you love the more underground vibes and love to dance for hours on end to one particular DJ, Drumcode’s the place to be. The boss himself will close out, but also check out Alan Fitzpatrick, Ida Engberg, Victor Calderone and Layton Giordani. Long sets mean these veterans get more than enough space to tell their story through music. Get lost in these epic tales of sound. Drumcode for life!

THE KEY TO HAPPINESS
LOOKAS FOCUS ON MAGICAL FRIDAY IT’S A TRAP! | 6:00 -7:00 Lucas Rego, known by his fans as Lookas, hails from one of America’s EDM meccas: Miami, Florida. It was his groundbreaking remix of DVBBS and Borgeous’ “Tsunami,” which was re-released under Ministry of Sound as an official remix in 2014, that put this festival trap producer on the map. Since then, Lookas has landed in Billboard’s top 10 Rising Artist Chart and was recognized in their “Next Big Sound” series. His productions have gotten the stamp of approval by some of the biggest names in dance music including Tiësto, Skrillex, Dillon Francis, Borgore, The Chainsmokers, Bassjackers, Blasterjaxx, Bro Safari and Adventure Club. Now he’s releasing bangers like his “Chaos” with Warner Music Group as well as massive remixes via Sony and Island Records. Just two years ago, Lookas was vying for a coveted spot at TomorrowWorld through a mix contest. This year, he stands with the best of them as he embarks on his first official performance at TomorrowWorld. Let’s give him the proper welcome and show him some love! Catch Lookas live at the It’s A Trap! stage from 6 to 7pm. WHAT ARE YOU MOST EXCITED ABOUT WITH YOUR FIRST TOMORROWWORLD EXPERIENCE?
“This will be my very first TomorrowWorld experience, and I am most excited to step on that stage and see all the beautiful people from around the world out there to support me and to be able to give them an incredible set that they will never forget.” WHEN YOU WERE TRAVELING HERE TO THE WORLD OF TOMORROW, WHAT WERE YOU LISTENING TO?
“I listen to a lot of hip-hop, so I was listening to Mac Miller’s new album and Logic’s Album, Under Pressure.” WHEN YOU ARE TOURING, IS THERE ONE ITEM YOU CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT?
“My headphones because I can’t live without listening to music!” THE IT’S A TRAP! STAGE IS ABSOLUTELY STACKED - AS IT SHOULD BE WITH THE EXCITING THINGS HAPPENING IN THE GENRE. WHO DO YOU THINK IS CREATING THE MOST GROUNDBREAKING TRAP MUSIC RIGHT NOW?
“There are a lot of exciting things happening in the
electronic music world right now and I could name multiple artists, but I would have to say my good friend Tyler aka NGHTMRE is creating some of the best “Trap”/ Electronic records out there right now.” AS TRAP CONTINUES TO BLUR THE LINES BETWEEN HIP HOP AND EDM, DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE HIP HOP ARTIST OR IS THERE ONE YOU’RE FINDING PARTICULARLY INSPIRING RIGHT NOW?
“Mac Miller 100%.” WHO’S YOUR FAVORITE WORKED WITH?

DIMITRI VEGAS & LIKE MIKE
DVBBS
IDA ENGBERG
5:00 - 6:00 / Main Stage
5:00 – 6:30 / Drumcode
They are fresh! They are Canadian, with a hint of Dutch! DVBBS (which is pronounced “DUBSS,” if you still were saying D-V-B-B-S) is bringing the mayhem to you! Since “Tsunami” took the world by storm, the two brothers have taken off at lightning speed into stardom. Chris and Andre, who first started off playing punk and dub reggae, had the fullest support of DJs such as Tiësto and Sander van Doorn, and we can sure hear why! They have proven to be so much more than one-hits-wonders. After the enormous success of “Tsunami,” they hooked up with Martin Garrix! The result? “Gold Skies,” in which the legend Sander van Doorn also took part. Ever been to a club and heard the crowd chanting “Never Stop The F*cking Rave” along with the DJ? Yeah? Another big hit produced by DVBBS. Besides these tracks, the brothers are known for their amazingly high-energy sets. During their sets they’re all over the place, from trap to hardstyle to electro to house. Get ready to be blasted upside down and inside out by DVBBS!
Familiarize yourself with Ida Engberg, Swedish bombshell and partner of fellow techno powerhouse, Adam Beyer. While she can often be found teaming up with her partner, today you can catch her riding solo at the Drumcode stage, which is hosted by Adam. She is well-known for her hit track “Disco Volante,” a track that topped sales charts all over the world and which came only after years of hard work. She started spinning records at the age of 14, and by the time she was old enough to party, she chose to be on the other side of the decks. In a small bar in Stockholm, she had her first gig when she was only 18 years old. Just recently, Ida played a three-hour set for free at a charity event that was organized to raise money for refugees of war. She personally asked the Belgian ravers to come to the event by posting a video on her own Facebook profile. And now, People of Tomorrow, we are asking you to show some support for this talented woman with beauty, brains and a heart of gold.
12:00 – 1:00 / Smash the House
Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike play a big role in the incredible rise of the Belgian sister of TomorrowWorld: Tomorrowland. And they will, no doubt, leave their mark on this edition of TomorrowWorld by hosting their very own stage Smash the House. The stage is named after the label of these two Belgian brothers. With their label, they provided a platform for names including fellow Tomorrowland resident Yves V, Wolfpack, Bassjackers, Don Diablo and even international credits going to artists such as British starlet Katy B, industry icon Fatboy Slim, along with hip hop artists such as Timbaland and Missy Elliot. Besides hosting their own stage, they will play at the Main Stage tomorrow from 9:15 - 10:15. Their track “The Hum,” based on the humming sound in Hollywood’s blockbuster The Wolf of Wallstreet, was the unofficial soundtrack of the latest edition of Tomorrowland. On the campsite, in the showers or at the Main Stage: the people of tomorrow were humming and thumping their chest. So, if you hear yourself humming, you know that you’ve been injected with the DV&LM virus. And when you are, be careful! The video clip starring famous actors like Charlie Sheen and Jean-Claude van Damme shows us that raves with people who are infected with the DV&LM virus can get a little out of control! Out-of-control parties are nothing new under DV&LM’s sun. Over the course of the summer, they have been holding down one of the most in-demand residencies in Ibiza. Taking over the Amnesia Terrace every Sunday, Dimitiri and Mike have introduced their “House Of Madness” concept, a decadent fun house packed out with all the signs off madness. Imagine a DJ booth that doubles as a gigantic, manicallygrinning monster. We can’t tell you what these two bothers have in mind for today, but we can guarantee that it will be worth checking out. Even if it was only to hear their latest track! The track is called “Higher Place” and no one less then Ne-Yo was asked to do the vocals for this latest masterpiece.
DUELLE 1:00 pm – 2:00 / It’s a trap! These Italian sisters were born to perform! Duelle, pronounced “DO-L,” is the name of a sister duo born in New York and now based in Florida/LA. You, People of Tomorrow, can expect Danielle and Gabrielle to go beyond the call of typical DJ duties. If you’ve been lucky enough to have experienced one of their performances you already know that these ladies bring it with their beautiful live vocals and racey rap lyrics along with flawless mixing and a serious arsenal of music that will make you run to your mommy for protection. These girls know exactly what to do to make you loose your mind! And that is no surprise. The rising stars have been performing since the age of 3! They started out as dancers and started singing around 11, taking voice lessons and doing musical performances. Luckily for the People of Tomorrow, the sisters started recording original music, which slowly transformed them into dance music artists and now DJs who are ready to conquer the world!

THE KEY TO HAPPINESS
MOTEZ 7:15 – 8:30 / Potion
COONE 9:00 – 10:30 / Q-dance Only in his 20’s, Coone managed to sell out one of Belgium’s biggest venues, blasting away in front of 10,000 hard danceminded people with Coone & the Gang. But he’s just getting started. His tracks became classics in the hard dance scene, mainly because of the lyrics that come straight out of his heart. But his latest production is without a doubt the most beautiful in Coone’s career as it was inspired by he and his wife welcoming their newborn daughter, Faye, into the world! Coone’s roots are firmly based in hardstyle, although he does not shy away from working with artists outside the scene, like Steve Aoki. He’s even signed at Dim Mak, Aoki’s party empire. Combining the power of Dim Mak with the reputation of his own label Dirty Workz, Coone is taking his sound worldwide at an incredible pace. Coone lives for the music. He is the music. That may well be the reason he’s so damn fun to see live. Strap on your shoes real tight, you’re going to go hard, harder, hardest with Coone!
FERRY CORSTEN
RICKY REMEDY
Motez, a.k.a. the next big thing all the way from down under, will show you his skills at the Potion stage. This fast-rising Australian act was named “Artist to Watch”by MTV in 2014 as well as by VIBE magazine and rightfully so! This guy has earned his stripes, and the name Motez is growing quite popular in the EDM scene in Australia, especially in the last few years. Fun fact: Motez is actually his real name! Although he has released music under different aliases, his latest appearance under his own name, Motez, fits like a glove. The Baghdad-born honorary Southern Australian is widely respected for his innovative remixes of some of R&B and pop’s biggest names. Besides his remixes of pop and R&B songs, Motez is also a classically-trained pianist. It’s with this know-how and his skills as a producer that brought us beautiful tracks like his “Own Up.”
BRO SAFARI
11:30 – 01:00 / Full On
2:00 – 3:00 / It’s a trap!
11:45 - 1:00 / It’s a trap!
With Ferry you can’t go wrong. Just go Full On Ferry. He’s more than trance. He’s everything and a little bit more. With several successful studio albums under his name, Ferry is one of a kind. What sets him apart more than anything is not only his diversity, but the way he effortlessly infuses emotion into his music. Ferry is always ahead of the curve, setting the bar for others to top. Whether it be a production under his own name or one of his side projects such as System F, Gouryella and New World Punx (with Markus Schulz), Ferry is comfortable in pretty much any realm of the dance music world. The summer of 2015 couldn’t start with better news: Ferry Corsten is bringing back the heavenly vibes with the relaunch of his beloved Gouryella project. His newest Gouryella single - “Anahera” – is a true Corsten production. It has all the hallmarks of classic Gouryella but with a modern twist; uplifting ethereal melodies, rapid arpeggios and brilliant orchestration. An instant classic.
For Ricky Remedy, music is a way of self-expression. This man can’t be labeled as just another trap artist. Remedy has a broad experience in many genres starting with hip-hop, R&B and dance. At age 16, Remedy was working with several local artists. This experience allowed him to gain a deep understanding of music development and to expand and sharpen his production skills. More recently, Remedy has branched out into electronic dance music, dubstep, and is now focused on electronic trap. All these experiences from the past made it possible for Ricky to develop his very own sound with his passion for quality and creativity. He sure did get the credits for the quality of his productions as he was nominated for a Grammy! You can see EDM’s next big star work his magic today at the It’s A Trap! stage. Just to give you an idea… he absolutely demolished the bass stage at a previous festival where headliner and great friend Diplo and Major Lazer cleaned up just hours later.
Bro Safari has been around for quite a while, but the big Bro boom came in 2013 for this Atlanta-born legend. That’s right, homegrown right here! With his records “Scumbag” and “The Drop,” he blasted himself to stardom. Ever since he’s been a crowd favorite, winning over bass-minded hearts and souls with an eclectic mix of whatever-genre-he-likes. Collaborating with good pal UFO!, he launched the highregarded album Animal, all free via Soundcloud. These two masterminds in the studio can’t be pinned under one specific label, and it’s no wonder that the album reflects everything from trap to drum ‘n bass. Because no matter how big you get, you can’t forget your roots. The American music scene has never been the same again since that faithful album. And there’s no sign of slowing Bro Safari down, as he travels the nation in order to provide you with the nastiest and most delicious bass you’ll ever lose your mind to. He closes the It’s A Trap! stage, just so you know. You know? Good, we’ll see you there!
