Tampa Bay attorneys John Della Costa and David Neville met while working at local law firms that operated with what they call the “Mill Mentality.” The goal of the “Mill Mentality” is to attract as many cases as possible and then push them through the legal system quickly. It was a volume business that produced great revenue for the law firms, but John and David always felt the clients weren’t getting the personal attention they deserved.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO GET YOUR FREE GUIDE*: 1) Visit www.ProLawUSA.com and click the download button

2) Call our office at In 2006 John and David decided to do things differently. They envisioned a law firm where clients could work directly with their attorneys – not paralegals, case workers, or assistants like they would at a typical “TV law firm.” They knew this approach would require them to accept fewer cases but they also knew it was the best way to serve their clients. Together, John and David created the law firm of Della Costa & Neville to provide clients with the personal service they felt was lacking in so many of the larger firms.

If you’ve been injured there are plenty of law firms out there eager to handle your case and it’s not always easy to tell the differences between them. That’s why John Della Costa decided to write Don’t Get Caught In The Mill! It’s an inside look at the way different law firms operate and is designed to provide consumers with the information they need to select the right attorney for their case. If you are a Florida resident you can get this book for free without any obligation.

ON tHE COVER MERRY CHRIStMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM tHE LAW OFFICES OF FRAN HAASCH & FAMILY

The Holidays are here!!! I would first like to take this time to wish all of the biker community and my family and friends a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 2013 is behind us and we are looking at the fresh start of a new year. That also means we are getting super close to the event of the year, THE FLORIDA MOTORCYCLE EXPO AND BIKE BUILDER INVITATIONAL at Quaker steak and Lube January 24-26, 2014. make your plans now for this weekend as it is going to be bigger and better than ever! Full Throttle has plans almost every weekend in December and January with toy runs, benefits, poker runs and all the motorcycle community does in the holiday season for people who are less fortunate. Jim's Harley Toy Run is the first day in Dec. this year and we will be there with the Fire Truck doing the parade! We will also be at the Suncoast Brotherhood Toy Run on December 15th as we have done this one since the beginning. This was actually one of the first events my father did when he started the magazine 17 long years ago, so we hold this event close to our hearts. Then on December 21st Full Throttle will have our Teddy Bear Toy Run that starts at Tampa Harley-Davidson on Dale Mabry Highway and goes just up the street to St. Joseph's Children's Hospital where the kids will be outside waiting for all the bikers to show up. It's a great feeling putting a smile on a kids face when you know they don't want to be in the hospital at that time of the year! Please do as much good as possible during this time of the year for the people who really need it, and don't forget our veterans. The Florida Motorcycle Expo and Bike Builder Invitational is coming together very nicely. Friday night January 24th. We are starting off with The Soul Circus Cowboys and we added an LED bike show and the burlesque group Le Teaze will be doing a show right before Greg Billings takes the stage at 8pm. Saturday is going to be crazy with events all day long, bands all day long, $100 an hour give-a-ways brought to you by St. Pete Powersports, The Miss Full Throttle Bikini Contest, Free fireworks display and we are capping the night off with a great performance by Bobby Friss and the Black Honkey's. Sunday has Jaded rocking the day and we will be wrapping it up with Stormbringer and all the big bike show awards including the winner of the $5,000 cash and the custom made Diamond Championship Ring created by Continental Wholesale Diamonds! this is going to be the one event of the year you will not want to miss. If you are a vendor, call us ASAP (Office #'s - 727-935-4875 or 813814-1424) as at this time we are more than 50% sold out on booths and they are going fast! We are also looking for a few more sponsors if you are looking to get involved and get your name out there! See you all at Quaker steak and Lube, January 24th-26th, 2014. I would like to wish a happy birthday to all of my friends and family who will be celebrating in the month of December: Dawn Thornhill, Panhead Lee, Paul Eastman, Cary "Flash" Holt, Jill Firkus, LaTosha Vanden, Richard Nordstrom, Richard Rubin, Karen Brooks, Ron Randall, Dean Pence, Lora Todd, Ashley Buckley, Scott N Kim Burke, Daniel Eastman, Christine Yvette Miranda, Jamie moore, Wendy Akers, Troy Savoie, Wendy Corazon, Michelle Steeves, Big Phil "PHILBILLY" Jacoby, Bret Rector, Michael Reed, John Sullivan, Amanda Falleur, Kruisin With Kati Ridderman, Niki Akers, Kirk Higgins, Dawn Hoffman, Brent Dushane and Scott Bertics.

The Diva Angels are the busiest group of ladies you will ever know. Throughout this year I’ve shared with you, all of the events and rides we involve ourselves in and this past month and through December is no different. The Paws For The Cause Poker Run was fantastic and well worth the time to assist for this worthwhile cause. Check out the Senior Pet Connection at www.seniorpetconnection.org and find out how you can help them. We also attended the Quaker Steak & Lube 10th Anniversary Celebration. It was so much fun and it’s always great to hang out with Bill Church and his awesome staff! Next up we worked the beer truck at Ribfest. We work this event every year because the proceeds continue to help our community with its efforts to prevent child abuse, help build a new children's hospital, contribute to many youth oriented causes, and help individuals in need in our community. Some our members took a little break and headed to Biktoberfest this year and a fantastic time was had by all! We also participated in smaller group rides both north and south of us and as always, we have an amazing time! When not on our bikes; we have Girl’s Nights Out as well as other adventures. This past month we went to the Twisted Martini for dinner and dancing. We have so much fun together! We participated in Biff’s 3rd Annual Active Military and Veterans Poker Run. This run was to honor those who have served our country and God Bless them all. Another event that is near and dear to our hearts is the Shannon Walsh Revette Memorial Ride to benefit The Faces of Courage. They are a nonprofit organization located in the Tampa Bay area that offers free camps and events for women and children with cancer and blood illnesses. Though they are located in Florida, some of the camps are attended by women and children from all over the country. Faces of Courage strives to provide a judgment-free,

22

comfortable atmosphere where women and children can relax and just have fun. Also, each year Santa (and the Faces of Courage Foundation) host a special Santa's Workshop Weekend camp for 80 children who have been diagnosed with cancer, sickle cell, or hemophilia and their well siblings. Since these very special children often have compromised immune systems they find it hard to shop for gifts for their family members in the crowded Malls. Santa opens a special shop just for these children at our Santa's Workshop Weekend Cancer Camp December 6-8, 2013. Because of the overwhelming shortage of elves this past year, Santa is hoping you could donate new or like new “regiftable” items for the Santa's Shop. The Divas are visiting the kids cancer camp again as we do each year and the kid’s just love to check out our bikes. The bonus is that they think we are really cool, lol. For more information please go to http://facesofcourage.org/. This year we will participate again in the Cookson Hills Toy Run. This run benefits “Forgotten" Children. These kids are special needs Individuals and they also benefit local community charities in eastern Hillsborough County. The Suncoast Brotherhood’s 33rd Annual Toy Run will take place Sunday December 15th and you can bet your boots that we will be there! It’s a short ride to the American Legion Post 275, but the amount of children and families on the parade route is incredible. You just can’t believe how it feels hearing the applause from the people on the street as well as the smiles of the children as thousands of bikes come rumbling through Dunedin. It brings tears to my eyes every time. Proceeds from this event go to the Pinellas County Foster & Adoptive Parents Association. God Bless you SCBH for a job well done every year. Last but not least, The Diva Angels want to wish each and every one of you a wonderful Holiday season and please don’t drink and drive. If you are interested in learning more about our organization, we meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at Quaker Steak Lube in Clearwater (5:30-7 social meet & greet). You can also find us every 3rdWednesday at the best Bike Night ever at QS&L. Please check out our website www.divaangels. org and find a chapter near you or visit us on Facebook! Ride safe and rubber side down.

1. Did you always have a love and passion for motorcycles? I loved Harley’s since I can remember hearing my first one from a distance 2. How did your love of custom bike building come about? Well, to be honest I always thought I could put a team together to utilize their strengths in there position and make this company a household name. Face it, your only as good as the people you surround yourself with. I am nothing without my team and any man that says or acts like its not a team effort is arrogant or in denial. 3. How did you feel when you one your first big award in Sturgis with your custom chopper Money to Burn? It was like, Wow! A small town bunch of guys just made main stage at Sturgis! Probably one of the proudest times in my life! 4. We heard you won an award at the 2012 Easy Rider Show In Charlotte, NC, also the NC & SC Best of Show Baddest Bagger with your custom bike called Resurrection. Did that make you feel as though you had finally made it to the big time? We did we placed 2nd in the Easy Rider Super Radical Division with Money to Burn. Then, we had just finished Resurrection and showed up at the Baddest Bagger Competition in NC we took Best of Show 1st place Custom Bagger and 2nd place Custom Bagger and that’s when it hit. These are not local shows, we are against some of the best in the business with years of reputation to pole vault them to the front just from being a household name but now here we are on top and the bottom line is we got there because we worked hard day and night. From paint to the thought with accessories were all original different and the builds were very good with every line perfect. A total team effort from design to fabrication to paint. The SC show was the best because Easy Rider Bike of the Year was entered it was also named Paul Yaffee Bike of the Year Cam Tech had built the bike and he was in the house with many of his builds and don’t get me wrong respect in this industry I give it to all these guys they are the ones who are known, who busted there ass to be there and be considered at the top of the bagger game. That night I told Neal we would be lucky to get honorable mention and at last when they named best of show SC Baddest Bagger Joey Beam’s Vindictive Wayz I was like no sh** now we have made our mark. This bike was the Bike of Year! We just beat in our second show, both of which Resurrection was Best of Show. Happiest night of the Vindictive teams night because we competed and won against some of the most respected guys in the business and now our work is good enough to be mentioned with them. 5. Do you have any idea how many awards Vindictive Wayz now carries from the bikes you have built? Not really because some don’t let us know and keep in mind this is our first year really concentrating on the build. But of the ones we have sold we can confirm 12 since February. Those we do know about are all over the country, not locals and these are all judged division. I ask my guys not to enter peoples choice. We want to be judged, no popularity contest. 6. Do you feel as though you are now competing with with “big boys”? I feel like we are still learning a lot but our name is being heard more and more in the biker world. The phone is ringing off the hook and why not when with one call you are saving in some cases 12k dollars plus we pay shipping to our place and back to your home on all full builds.

9. Did you have a hard time finding the perfect team to help you see your vision at Vindictive Wayz? No, Not really. I had one old friend that I believed in. Our paint guys at BKP Paint and Tazz Price another really talented artist that I trust does most our art work. The main key is that I have a team that understands me and they are each a piece of the puzzle that makes this machine what it is. If there is one malfunction then we lose and loosing is not an option with us. 10. Why Rutherfordton, NC? Why a small town? Why not move to a larger area? It’s my home and it always will be. I can keep my overhead low and pass the savings along to the customer and give them more for their money. 11. How many custom builds do you work on per year? This is our first year and we are one our 9th build now. 12. With today’s economy how do you work with bike owners to make their dreams come true? We trade bikes they currently own, finance some, build at their pace. But each buyer is different. Anyone can find a way not to build a bike. You have to get creative to get the business. It’s up to the man who is willing to take the chances. Plus I think most realize the big guys in most cases never touch their bike but have a hourly guy do it for them and stamp a name on the points cover. I am involved in ever build. I talk to every customer, touch every bike and that is where the difference is made. 13. Do you have a showroom for the public to visit? We have a showroom full of bikes, apparel, jewelry, leather, clothing, you name it, we have it. 14. When working on a custom build, do you keep the client up to date on the build progress? He gets a progress report often on Facebook. We start with the before and then lead through the tear down and end with the presentation of the final product. 15. Have you thought about competing in a biker build-off in the future?

It’s simple. You call to speak to Joey beam and you speak to Joey Beam not someone else. Call some of the big names see if they answer or return your call. I am here for my client and until he is turning heads on the bike of his dreams my job is not done.

We received an invitation this year to the Full Throttle Bike Builder Invitational in Clearwater scheduled for January but with all the builds we had scheduled we had to decline. But we hope that we can me the Top 45 next year again and receive another invitation. It was truly an huge honor to receive that our first year. Next year we will compete for that title I hope. I and another friend have something in the works that may leave everyone scratching their head.

8. How long does it take to create a custom build from Vindictive Wayz?

16. What is the path of Joey Beam and Vindictive Wayz? Where do you see yourself this time next year?

That depends on manufactures of the wheel down to the art work but most are 3 months. If you get it here on time and don’t change up mid stream. It’s best to reserve your appointment with a deposit 4 weeks in advance so we can have the wheel in stock and ready to cut the neck or install bolt on trees for those worried about the warranty we have that fixed. Right now my first opening is on December 17 then we go to January. That is on

Who knows? I have always been 1st Class or I don’t bother. I just want to turn out these best I can to make our customers happy. 18 month or 24 month plan we will be designing and making our own bags, fairings, etc. We now have some one off stuff in the works but all that will not be production items. In time we will be your one stop shop for all bagger needs.

7. What set’s Joey Beam aside from the other builders?

full builds. We are always open for rear end conversions or front end custom kits.. There is special pricing for the kits and anyone is always free to call for questions or pricing. We love to talk shop talk!

Our builds have won from Sturgis to best of the beach 2012 Panama City Beach Florida. why are we the fastest growing bike builder in the Southeast... because we earned it.. with low overhead and a owner that’s hands on and only a phone call away from saving you thousands. We pay shipping from you to us and back to you on all full builds. Dial our number, we are saving customers as much as 12k a build. I’m Joey Beam and I guarantee your 100% satisfied or you don’t pay until you are. www.vindictivewayz.com or Joey Beam’s Vindictive Wayz on Facebook. Most of these bikes are for sale, if you choose to build your own, don’t cheat yourself, we have seen the best and beat the best! Stop paying for names that won’t take your call or never touch your bike. I make my living off volume, not making 20k a bike. I don’t want to sell you one bike, I want to sell you and the rest of your family bikes. One call I assure you I will save you money!

Jaw Droppin' Customs and Full Throttle Magazine took a look at our large double axel trailer a few months ago and decided it was in need an overhaul and a new look. So Jaw Droppin' Customs took our trailer for a few months and did some major changes including new diamond plating, all new wheels, a wrap on the tail gate, some custom flames, our new logo airbrushed on the side and a whole new look. Even the rims were water tranfer dipped to look like carbon fiber and the whole project came out looking great! Full Throttle had no idea what they were doing to the trailer until they unveiled it at their Grand Opening / Open House event. We are very pleased with what they did when it was unveiled! There are even some hidden little suprises in the flames, be sure to look closer next time you see it. We would like to extend a special thank you to Jaw Droppin' for hooking us up with a great new look on our trailer! If you are looking to make some changes, be sure to give them a call and I know they will help turn your prized possession into a jaw dropper...

Well bikers, it's Christmas time again. Wow, another year has gone by. It has been a great year here at Full Throttle Magazine. One thing I love about Full Throttle is all the events we get to do and the people we get to meet. 2013 saw me travel more this year to events than ever before. From St. Petersburg to Daytona and from Key West to Panama City Beach. Thanks to everyone that has come out to support events we have attended and making them all a success. November was a great month starting with Florida Full Throttle Magazine 17th Anniversary and wrapping up

40

at Jannus Live with the USO Holiday Salute to our Troops Benefit Concert. December is a busy month as ever with all the great Christmas toy runs all over the area. Be sure and see the Crusin' Calendar for dates and times. Of course don't miss the Full Throttle Toy Run December 21st starting at Tampa Harley on Dale Mabry and headed over to St. Joseph's Children's Hospital. To each and everyone one I wish you all a very Merry and Blessed Christmas and a Happy and Safe New Year. May 2014 be the best year ever. Ride safe everyone and God bless. Charlie.

Hi All….The other day I sat down with the owner of Let’s Ride, Gordon Becker. ‘Hi Gordon, what’s up with the new shop?' Well let’s see…we are now in 2,200 sq. ft. space at 8135 US Hwy 19 in Port Richey, FL. 34668. Our website is www.letsridegear.com and we sell everything a rider could need…from riding gear like jackets, vests, boots, chap and helmets to tools, bags, cleaners and cleaners. Too many things to list here!! We also have a pre-owned consignment section that is very popular. You never know what deals you will find there. We have an armed forces section. We sew patches onto vests. We always hand out a free bottle of water for the riders if you stop by while you are on a poker run. So drop in soon!!’ ‘Thanks Gordon’ Some of us lost a good friend in November - Jay Maddox. He played at the Full Throttle Expo in 2009 and some of you may have seen him play at places around the area. Jay liked making people smile with his music. Jay played and sang all the time and if he wasn’t playing he was out fishing, or hunting. I met Jay 5 years ago at a bar where he was playing. Some friends of mine took me to see him. I liked his music. Jay’s favorite thing to do just before a break would be to make sure everyone had a drink and he would make a toast “Holler & swaller”. So in memory of you Jay - raise your glass for a “Holler & swaller”. Till next time “Live Life to the Fullest and Party you’re a&& off “ Dew

Well, Sabrina, the girl that was Miss Webster, got married, tough luck boys! She was married Oct. 19th 2013 in Lithia FL. to Andrew Sauers. Now she is Sabrina Sauers, they met at a motorcycle endorsement class in 2010 and got engaged Nov. 2012 on a motorcycle run. Good luck to both of you and may you ride together forever. My friend Nuby from KY. was in town a while back, I took a picture of him with an elephant that was in Inverness at a friend's shop, his name is chopper. That really is a good landmark for his shop! Anyhow, I didn't know if Nuby is a republican or democrat but I thought it was a good picture of both of them either way. He says he is ging to try to ride his bike to Alaska again. Last time he went he took about 6 weeks. He is going to take another month and a half this time again. He puts lots of miles on his bikes, I remember one time he sold an Indian front end to someone in Colorado and instead of shipping it to the guy he strapped it on his bike and delivered it to him. He said it was a good excuse for a ride. Last year he went to California and pitches a tent when he travels, NO MOTELS! I bet you can find a can of sardines on his bike! SEE YOU SOON SABRINA!

HOLIDAY WARNING

At this time of the year, when the roadblocks come up with great regularity, I would like to share a personal experience with my closest friends about drinking and driving. As you well know, some of us have been known to have had brushes with the authorities on our way home from an occasional social session over the years. A couple of nights ago, I was out for an evening with friends and had a couple of cocktails and some rather nice red wine. Knowing full well I may have been slightly over the limit, I did something I’ve never done before ~ I took a cab home. Sure enough, I passed a police road block but, since it was a cab, they waved it past. I arrived home safely without incident, which was a real surprise; as I have never driven a cab before and am not sure where I got it or what to do with it now that it’s in my garage! ***************************************** Two Irish nuns were sitting at traffi c light in their car when a bunch of rowdy drunks pulls up alongside of them. “Hey, show us your tits, ye bloody penguins!” shouts one of the drunks. The Mother Superior turns to Sister Immaculata, “I don’t think they know who we are - show them your cross. ”So Sister Immaculata rolls down her window and shouts, “Screw off ye little fookin wankers, before I come over there and rip yer balls off !” Sister Immaculata looks back at the Mother Superior and asks, “Was that cross enough?”

A golfer is in a competitive match with a friend, who is ahead by a couple of strokes. “Boy, I’d give anything to sink this putt,” the golfer mumbles to himself. Just then, a stranger walks up beside him and whispers, “Would you be willing to give up one-fourth of your sex life?” Thinking the man is crazy and his answer will be meaningless, the golfer also feels that maybe this is a good omen so he says, “Sure,” and sinks the putt. Two holes later, he mumbles to himself again, “Gee, I sure would like to get an eagle on this one.” The same stranger is at his side again and whispers, “Would it be worth giving up another fourth of your sex life?” Shrugging, the golfer replies, “Okay.” And he makes an eagle. On the fi nal hole, the golfer needs another eagle to win. Without waiting for him to say anything, the stranger quickly moves to his side and says, “Would winning this match be worth giving up the rest of your sex life?” “Defi nitely,” the golfer replies, and he makes the eagle. As the golfer is walking to the clubhouse, the stranger walks alongside him and says, “I haven’t really been fair with you because you don’t know who I am. I’m the Devil, and from this day forward you will have no sex life.” “Nice to meet you,” the golfer replies, “I’m Father O’Malley.”

What do you call Santa’s helpers? Subordinate Clauses. What do you get when you cross a snowman with a vampire? Frostbite If athletes get athletes foot, what do astronauts get? Missletoe! A Christmas thought: STRESSED is just DESSERTS spelled backward. What’s red and white and red, red and white, and red and white? Santa Claus rolling down a hill! What do you call a letter sent up the chimney on Christmas Eve? Black mail! Why was Santa’s little helper depressed? Because he had low elf esteem. Christmas is in my heart twelve months a year and thanks to credit cards, it’s on my Visa card statement twelve months a year also.
