Tampa Bay attorneys John Della Costa and David Neville met while working at local law firms that operated with what they call the “Mill Mentality.” The goal of the “Mill Mentality” is to attract as many cases as possible and then push them through the legal system quickly. It was a volume business that produced great revenue for the law firms, but John and David always felt the clients weren’t getting the personal attention they deserved.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO GET YOUR FREE GUIDE*: 1) Visit www.ProLawUSA.com and click the download button

2) Call our office at In 2006 John and David decided to do things differently. They envisioned a law firm where clients could work directly with their attorneys – not paralegals, case workers, or assistants like they would at a typical “TV law firm.” They knew this approach would require them to accept fewer cases but they also knew it was the best way to serve their clients. Together, John and David created the law firm of Della Costa & Neville to provide clients with the personal service they felt was lacking in so many of the larger firms.

If you’ve been injured there are plenty of law firms out there eager to handle your case and it’s not always easy to tell the differences between them. That’s why John Della Costa decided to write Don’t Get Caught In The Mill! It’s an inside look at the way different law firms operate and is designed to provide consumers with the information they need to select the right attorney for their case. If you are a Florida resident you can get this book for free without any obligation.

First off, I would like to say Happy Valentine's Day to my beautiful wife Tonya! Strawberries my love! Please make sure to make the loved ones in your life feel cherished this Valentine's Day and beyond as we all know, it's always easier in life when you have a strong companion by your side. The Motorcycle Expo was this past month and we had a little harsh weather on Friday and Saturday but all in all it turned out to be a great event and was only down by a minimal amount when it was all said and done. I think the bands were great and I hope everyone that came had a great time. Thank God for the great weather on Sunday as we did set a record attendance for our Sunday crowd that we have never seen before. For those of you interested, a Quaker Steak and Lube in Columbus Ohio has asked us to help them put a similar Expo and bike builder Invitational on at their location. So if you are interested it will be August 21st - 23rd at Columbus Ohio Quaker Steak and Lube. Contact us and we will get you more information. February is packed with a ton of events. On February 15th we have two great events on the same day. First is Mad Beach Bike Fest down on Madeira Beach. This event has been steadily growing and this will be our third one we have been involved with. The past few times we ran out of bike parking space and it was a great time. The other event on the same day is the Quail Hollow Biker Bash with the Bearded Brothers. This band has come out of nowhere and is taking the motorcycle market by storm with their great renditions of Devil Went Down To Georgia and Amazing Grace on the Fiddle. These guys have a style all their own as they also play with no shoes on and of course almost the whole band has a rockin beard. We are hosting THREE (3) major bike shows in Daytona for Bike Week this year. First, on Thursday March 12th we will be having our 2nd annual bike show at Destination Daytona HarleyDavidson under the Coke Pavilion. Last year we had over 100 entries in this show and it was a huge success. Our Second Show is Friday March 13th and is the Boardwalk Bike Show. This show has been running for a very long time with the help of Bill Chaffin and his crew. This will be his last Boardwalk Bike Show as he will be turning the rains over to Full Throttle to run. We are bringing in a new group of judges for this year and we will also be kicking up the prize funds and awards in the future. Our Last show in Daytona for Bike Week is a BRAND NEW SHOW, Baggers on the Boardwalk Saturday March 14th. This is a BAGGERS ONLY BIKE SHOW! Since baggers are the hottest bikes on the streets we are going to feature them on one of the most beautiful locations in Daytona, The Daytona Beach Boardwalk. The ocean on one side and the Ferris Wheel on the other makes for some great pictures. We have some great sponsors involved in this show and $1,000 is cash prizes and speakers from Rockford Fosgate. for info on any of these show you can contact us at 727-935-4875. I do have some sad news, we lost one of our own members of Full Throttle and a great friend this month. Scott Burke or "Scottster" lost his battle to cancer and he will be deeply missed. Scottster was an amazing guy who was always up for anything and almost always had a smile on his face. My wife knew him for over 10 years and they were one of her first tables she ever waited on at Quaker Steak and Lube. Love you Scottster and Rest In Pace. I would like to say Happy Birthday to anyone who was born in the month of February, especially my Step-mom, Tracy and my Mom, Mary Cianci, in Ohio. Happy birthday, Love ya!!!! Be careful and ride safe! Don't drink and ride and I'll see you soon!

The Florida Motorcycle Expo & Bike Builder Invitational was a huge success despite the inclement weather Friday and Saturday. All in all the event was very close to the same turnout it was in 2013 which was the largest we have ever had! Congratulations to all the Bike Builder Invitational winner including Steve Galvin who, one again, won the grand prize of $5,000 and a custom championship ring made by Continental Wholesale Diamonds estimated at $5,000. Tracy Allen did a great job on the mic all weekend long and kept the show going. I would like to thank everyone who volunteered and helped us out over the weekend and the entire Full Throttle staff, Quaker Steak and Lube Staff and the Quaker steak and Lube security for running an amazing show with almost no issues on any side of the event. It take months to plan an event of this magnitude and for it to come off without a hitch is amazing. I am lucky to have great people around us here at Full Throttle who want to make this event bigger and better every year. No it's time to start planning for the 2016 Expo!!!

Hi there.....We just got done with the Motorcycle Expo Bike Builder Invitational at Quaker Steak & Lube. if you miss it man, you really missed the biggest event Full Throttle puts on every year!!! Even though there was the threat of rain early Friday everything came together and the rain held out till shortly after 10 PM!!! Whew.... the first day was in the bag! Over night there was a bit of wind with the rain...a few vendor tents blew over, but by the time we opened Saturday the tents were back up and everyone was ready for a great day. The wind continued into the evening and unfortunately the fireworks had to be cancelled :( The Black Honkey's played to a great crowd and then the Lacs who were a huge hit! Sunday was an amazing day!! Great weather, the place was packed with people and bikes for the ride in bike show. Remember next year to mark your calendar in January for the expo! Whats up next for me is on February 22nd I will be cooking my chili for the Cobra's MC clubhouse in St Pete. This has been a fun event each time I have been there and I look forward to another another great time there. If you want more information check out the ad on this page or watch for my Facebook posts. Then we have Daytona Bike Week from March 6th to the 15th. Unfortunately the ABATE campground where Anne & I have camped at for the last couple of years will be closed. So, now we need a place to camp....if you know of a place please let me know so we can get set up before March!! Tell next mouth Live Life to the fullest and Party you’re a$$ off ..Dew

I have been riding a motorcycle for over 70 years and I am 80 years old now. Everybody always told me I was gonna hurt myself bad or kill myself. I did have a guy turn left in front of me when I was 17 years old. I hit him head on ended up Rollin’ thru a lot of Christmas trees 3 days before Christmas. No broken bones, no stitches just skinned up and bruised up. Three days before my 80th b-day I was a passenger in a car when a guy turned left and hit us head on and now I have 8 broken ribs, broken back, broke neck, broke clavicle & broken collar bone. My knee is the size of a football with two broken toes. Beaten banged and bruised everywhere! Still bedridden due to the football size knee and everything else hurts so bad I don’t even know which two toes are broken?! You can’t keep a good man down! I made it to the Expo 2015 in a wheelchair despite my pain and injuries. Thanks to all who have helped me during this time. Especially you JB! Hope to see everyone soon! A guy walks into a post offi ce one day to see a middleaged, balding man standing at the counter methodically placing “Love” stamps on bright pink envelopes with hearts all over them. He then takes out a perfume bottle and starts spraying scent all over them. His curiosity getting the better of him, he goes up to the balding man and asks him what he is doing. The man says, “I’m sending out one thousand Valentine cards signed, ‘Guess who?’” “But why?” asks the man. “I’m a divorce lawyer,” the man replies. *** Q: What’s the diff erence between a GSpot and a bottle of Jack Daniels? A: A guy will actually SEARCH for a bottle of Jack Daniels. ***

*** A husband and wife came for counseling after 15 years of marriage. When asked what the problem was, the wife went into a passionate, painful tirade listing every problem they had ever had in the 15 years they had been married. She went on and on and on: neglect, lack of intimacy, emptiness, loneliness, feeling unloved and unlovable, an entire laundry list of un-met needs she had endured over the course of their marriage. Finally, after allowing this to go on for a suffi cient length of time, the therapist got up, walked around the desk and, after asking the wife to stand, embraced and kissed her passionately. The woman shut up and quietly sat down as though in a daze. The therapist turned to the husband and said, “This is what your wife needs at least three times a week Can you do this?” The husband thought for a moment and replied,.. “Well, I can drop her off here on Mondays and Wednesdays, but on Friday’s, I fi sh!

One of the perks of being a Rep for FULL THROTTLE (this is my 2 yr. anniversary!) is meeting a lot of interesting people and seeing some very cool places. This was the case when I interviewed the owners of the new PUB 41 – JIM DAY and ANTHONY JULIANO. Anthony is also owner of the ever popular (and one of my favorite places) THE BIKE SHOP, (1990 1st St West, Bradenton 34208; 941-744-0400). PUB 41 has replaced Emily’s Bar & Grill (also previously known as the Bayshore Inn) but PUB 41 has been made over completely and is fast becoming the place to be!!! It’s great for the locals because there aren’t many such places around the area and it is well worth the short trip over the bridge (either side) and close to the I-275 as well. As the name might tip you off, PUB 41 can be found along the main drag of US 41 at: 3512 US HWY. 41 North, Palmetto 34221 (941-479-4901) E-mail: Pubfortyone@gmail.com Like them on FACEBOOK: at PUB 41 They have a full kitchen and bar serving beer, wine, and liquor. I was told by some of their regulars that they have the best Pizza in town and have perfected the art of the chicken wings - although they refused to give me their secret! I had the opportunity to taste their cheese burger and onion rings while I was there, and it was truly delicious. PUB 41 is a remarkable 4,700 sq. ft. PUB with a very large parking lot with plenty of space for cars, vendors, outdoor events, and a whole lot of bikes! Not only do they have plenty of indoor seating, including 2 bars, but they have outside seating alongside a HUGE sparkling pool (75X45 walk-in 3’ by 8’ deep) and 32’ Tiki Bar, which will be operational as soon as the weather starts getting better. The pool, however, is open for anyone brave enough to get in it! PUB 41 has many weekly events – a band on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; then Karaoke or a DJ on Wednesdays. They are still working on various other themes so stay tuned.

52

There are all kinds of games to keep you entertained – a Dart Room, Pool Tables (they are in the process of starting a pool league so come in to sign up) and you can even test your strength against your friends on the punch bag. They have Free Wi-Fi and no worries if you run out of money – there is an on-site ATM – this really is a one-stop fun shop!!! As if they weren’t awesome enough, they will also be hosting a special BIKE NIGHT every 3RD THURSDAY of the month and ALL BIKERS ARE always WELCOME (NON-AFFILIATION) - FEBRUARY 19 IS THE NEXT ONE!!! PUB 41 can be rented for events and will also do catering for any other outside events from smallest (10+) to the very large (up to 2000) – in fact, on New Year’s Day they catered for the Auburn Marching Band during the Outback Bowl Sugar Bowl at Raymond James Stadium. PUB 41 has it all - Don’t want to dine-in? They have a take-out option and soon will begin doing local deliveries as well. Although they have only been open since November 29, 2014, word of mouth has spread about their high quality food, cheap drinks, and great service The flow of traffic to PUB 41 is increasing day by day and with all the plans they are putting into place, they are sure to be a very popular place – keep your eyes open for coming attractions such as Taco Tuesday, deliveries, and more. There’s always a food and drink special so check Facebook to see what it is for the day. You don’t want to miss out on one of their regular $2 pints or $1 Bloody Mary specials, and of course, Happy Hour is every day from 3 – 7pm. You can usually find either Jim or Anthony at the Pub making sure all the customers’ are happy and well taken care of and everything is running smoothly. The rest of the staff – bartenders Annette, Connie, and Kelli are awesome and very friendly and will take good care of you – and of course the cooks (Nick and Troy) are responsible for the fantastic food!!! Jim and Anthony want PUB 41 to be a place where you can go to relax, play games, and just have a whole lot of fun!!! So come on out to PUB 41 – try them and you won’t want to go anywhere else up the road. Check out these amazing places: Anderson RacePark = 941-723-3900 Cintas (The Service Professionals) = 937-657-6825 (Lindsay Cell) or 727-578-3301 (Matt) Sarasota Wraps = 941-376-1043 or 941-922-8459 Reed Custom Woodcraft Design = 941-465-2184 SickAss Customs = 239-222-5114 Killer Jewelry = KILLERJEWELRY@gmail.com One-Stop Hats = 305-270-0720 Til Next Issue, Nancy p., Full Throttle Rep. Some people knew Scott Burke by a few different names like "Pops" or "Scottster", the thing is, if you knew him, he was your friend. Scottster was an amazing guy who would do anything for his friends and family. He fought a long hard battle with numerous ailments. Scottster was a big part of the Full Throttle family and a great friend as he helped get our LIVE web show "Full Throttlevision" started and was on it for quite a long time helping me co-host. He also helped fix up our Full Throttle Fire Truck we had with David Reed. My wife, Tonya, and I were always at events together with him and his wife Kimmer and when you were around him, he was always smiling and that would make you smile. To say I am not tearing up while writing this is a lie, I am having quite a hard time with this. These pictures on this page are who he was, a smiling happy person who loved to ride his motorcycle and just be part of what is going on. Scottster will truly be missed by everyone who knew him and loved him. Love ya buddy and Rest In Peace. Tony Cianci

Count's 77, a hard rock band from Las Vegas is excited to release their debut album on April 29, 2014 via Shrapnel Records. The band is fronted by lead singer Danny "Count" Koker, star of HISTORY’S hit series "Counting Cars.” With roots in 70's hard rock, Count's 77 is powered by the twin guitar team of John Zito and Stoney Curtis, the latter of whom has an international following as a recording and touring blues guitarist. With musical roots as diverse as Thin Lizzy, Foghat, The Allman Brothers and Led Zeppelin; Count's 77 stands poised to be one of the leaders of the new classic rock revival, with a sound reminiscent of one of the greatest musical eras of all time. Koker, Count’s 77’s charismatic front man, was singing long before he came into international fame as the owner of Count’s Kustoms, his Las Vegas-based hotrod and chopper shop. Heading into season four of his hit TV series “Counting Cars” on HISTORY, he splits his pastimes between his love of all things automotive and his passion for music and has included Count 77 on the show on seasons two and three. The platform afforded to Koker by “Counting Cars” places him in front of millions of viewers each week and has given the band the opportunity to appear on the show. With fans of the hit TV series spanning from the United States to Canada, South Africa, Europe including the UK, Poland, Romania, Spain, Germany, Japan, Israel and South America Count’s 77’s fan base is reaching exterior markets as well. Having performed at motorcycle rallies and large-scale corporate events for thousands of people Count’s 77 is rapidly garnering exposure and being asked to headline shows in Colorado, Texas, Mississippi, Chicago and many more. Producer and label owner Mike Varney said, "As a fan of hard rock and guitaroriented music I'm always looking for a CD that rocks from top to bottom. Count’s 77 combine gifted instrumentalists and a charismatic frontman with a strong voice that culminates for an uncommonly good hard hitting rock and roll record that is apparent from the first note.” Stoney Curtis, lead guitarist for Count’s 77, has amassed an international following as a recording and touring blues guitarist, releasing a steady flow of product for the last ten years, including the 2012 critically acclaimed double live CD and DVD set. With international airplay and CD’s which consistently have made Amazon.com’s blues charts, Curtis is not only an amazing counterpart to frontman Koker, he also adds further notoriety to the group stemming from his rich history as a professional musician. The remaining integral members of the band have paid their dues in a variety of recording and performing situations. Tommy Paris, is not only the band’s incredible keyboardist but has been known internationally for more than 25 years as the lead singer of platinum rockers Britny Fox. Rhythm and slide guitarist John Zito forged a career on the LA rock scene before bonding with Koker and Curtis after displaying his savant-like command of 70’s rock guitar chops. Also growing up on 70’s rock, virtuoso rock bassist Barry Barnes and powerhouse drummer Paul Disibio have each been laying down the rhythm for more than 30 years. After touring all over the country in a number of popular bands, Barnes and Disibio landed in Vegas, with Barnes playing bass in the critically acclaimed show “Rock Of Ages” and Disbio working with Blue Man Group. Together they fill the rhythm section position with a strength and authority that is so strong, it cannot be faked and can only be obtained through hard work and dedication. 70’s guitar icons Rick Derringer and Pat Travers perform guest guitar solos on Count’s 77’s amped up versions of their own original 70’s hits Rock n’ Roll Hoochie Coo and Snortin’ Whiskey respectively. Count’s 77 recently performed at the Mega Speed Fest in Toronto, Canada and new dates for festivals are being added regularly during the summer of 2014 including Erie, PA, Grand Rapids MI, Chicago, Il, West Springfield, MA, Texas, Tennessee and many more. Why Synthetic Oil & Why AMSOIL?

We recently sat down with Tom Brown to discuss a favorite topic for motorcycle owners – the oil for their bikes. Tom has been an AMSOIL Dealer for almost 10 years and he is one of the only AMSOIL Dealers in the country to hold both the Certified Lubrication Specialist and the Certified Filtration Specialist designations from the lubrication industry. Before AMSOIL, Tom spent 25 years as an Army Officer, where he was responsible for the maintenance of millions of dollars of equipment. FFT-Q1: Why should Full Throttle readers use synthetic oil in their motorcycles? TB-A1: Motorcycle oil, like automotive oil, performs 3 main functions: (1) reduce friction; (2) clean; and (3) cool. Modern motorcycle engines, especially air-cooled models, produce high horsepower and high levels of heat as well. Under this heat and stress, conventional oils break down quickly and cause wear and leave behind varnish and sludge, requiring frequent oil changes. With synthetic oil, the engine runs cooler and more efficiently; the clutch engages smoother; and the transmission shifts easier and quieter. In addition, synthetic oils usually last longer, thereby reducing the frequency of oil changes. FFT-Q2: Can Full Throttle readers benefit from using synthetic oil in their other vehicles? TB-A2: Absolutely Yes! The same benefits discussed above about motorcycles apply directly to all types of automobiles, trucks, lawn equipment, boats, farm and construction equipment, etc. Many FT readers have had to replace an automatic transmission, and this can cost thousands of dollars. Most transmission 72

failures are caused by transmission fluid that breaks down over time, leading to major damage. Using synthetic fluid could prevent most of these failures and save owners time and money. FFT-Q3: What makes AMSOIL different than other synthetic lubricants? TB-A3: AMSOIL formulates their lubricants to enter the lubricant market in the #1 position in terms of quality and performance and then do whatever it takes to stay there. They also stand behind their products with one of the best warranties in the industry. FFT-Q4: Can Full Throttle readers change their oil less often by using AMSOIL products? TB-A4: AMSOIL Motorcycle Oil is recommended for use up to twice the motorcycle manufacturer change interval (miles/hours) or one year, whichever comes first, in engines, transmissions and primary chain cases. Some H-D transmissions can go up to 20,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first. AMSOIL also offers several gasoline and diesel engine oils that offer extended drain intervals, out to 25,000 miles or even longer. AMSOIL’s top automatic transmission fluids can go 2x the OEM Severe Duty service interval. FFT-Q5: How can Full Throttle readers purchase AMSOIL products at the best prices? TB-A5: The AMSOIL Preferred Customer (PC) program offers customers wholesale pricing with home delivery convenience – all for a very low annual fee. Preferred Customers have the entire line of AMSOIL products available to them at discounts of 25%, or even more when compared to retail prices at local shops. They can change the oil themselves, or just pay someone else the labor to do the work. See the ad on the next page for more information about becoming an AMSOIL Preferred Customer (PC).
