Tampa Bay attorneys John Della Costa and David Neville met while working at local law firms that operated with what they call the “Mill Mentality.” The goal of the “Mill Mentality” is to attract as many cases as possible and then push them through the legal system quickly. It was a volume business that produced great revenue for the law firms, but John and David always felt the clients weren’t getting the personal attention they deserved.
THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO GET YOUR FREE GUIDE*: 1) Visit www.ProLawUSA.com and click the download button
2) Call our office at In 2006 John and David decided to do things differently. They envisioned a law firm where clients could work directly with their attorneys – not paralegals, case workers, or assistants like they would at a typical “TV law firm.” They knew this approach would require them to accept fewer cases but they also knew it was the best way to serve their clients. Together, John and David created the law firm of Della Costa & Neville to provide clients with the personal service they felt was lacking in so many of the larger firms.

If you’ve been injured there are plenty of law firms out there eager to handle your case and it’s not always easy to tell the differences between them. That’s why John Della Costa decided to write Don’t Get Caught In The Mill! It’s an inside look at the way different law firms operate and is designed to provide consumers with the information they need to select the right attorney for their case. If you are a Florida resident you can get this book for free without any obligation.

Here we are, It's January and the beginning of a new year! I hope you all have made your new year's resolutions and you stick to them (at least for a few weeks) My new year's resolution is to ride much more in 2014! With work and kids and everything, I find myself in my wrapped Full Throttle truck often sponsored by Walker Ford. I need to make more time to get out and ride to more events rather than bring our whole set up and tent and everything. I am also looking forward to maybe upgrading my bike in 2014 to a Harley :-) Any dealerships want to make a friend, give me a call and make me an offer... By the way, I love the new 2014 Amber Whiskey colored Street Glide! It's Here, It's Here!!!! January 24th-26th is the Florida Motorcycle Expo and Bike builder Invitational at Quaker Steak and Lube in Clearwater. Builders are coming from all over the US to compete in the LARGEST CASH AND PRIZE BIKE SHOW IN THE USA.... That is correct, nobody gives away more cash and prizes than we do at our show. $20,000 to be exact! The best in show will receive $5,000 cash and a ring built by Continental Wholesale Diamonds estimated at $5,000 in value. We also have 5 classes that will split a prize pool of $1,000 each ($500 first place, $300 Second Place, and $200 Third Place) First place will also win a pendant estimated at $1,000 cost also made by Continental Wholesale Diamonds. besides the Bike Builder Invitational we will have all the entertainment on the Jagermeister stage, over 130 vendors in the lot, a burlesque show on Friday night along with an LED bike show sponsored by Rumbling Pride, and Greg Billings Rockin the Stage as our Friday Night Headliner. We have one of the best band line ups in the area as well with Jeff Vitolo and the Quarter Mile Rebels giving you that rock-a-billy sound, Bobby Friss bringing that southern Rock and Roll and then the Black Honkey's as our Saturday night headliner playing you some foot tapping funk/soul music. Then on Sunday we have two great bands with The Jaded band and of course the ever popular Stormbringer wrapping up the event! We also have our $1,000 Miss Full Throttle Bikini Contest, Free Fireworks display, $100 an hour cash prize give-a-way every hour of the event (over $2,000 cash) sponsored by St. Pete Powersports, wing eating contest and you can come out and meet Paul Sr. and Rick Petko from Orange County Choppers! AND THE BEST PART OF ALL... THE EVENT IS FREE TO ATTEND, THERE IS NO COVER CHARGE!!!! We hope to see you all at Quaker Steak and Lube January 24th-26th, 2014 for one of the biggest events that happens in the Tampa Bay Area! If you are looking to advertise an event, your business, or anything that has to do with the motorcycle community, Full Throttle is the #1 choice you should make. Why??? #1 - We have the best distribution outlets and give away every single book we print each month and have none left over at the end of the month. #2 - Our facebook page can help your event promotion as we have more than 4 times the amount than any other motorcycle magazine in the state of Florida! We have over 21,000 fans/likes at press time and we are growing by 500-1,000 new likes each week! #3 - Your ads will also be found on our weekly e-mail blast that goes out to over 8,000 e-mail addresses. #4 - FULL THROTTLE ROCKS!!! If you are looking to advertise call Full Throttle Magazine & Multi-Media at 727-935-4875 or 813-814-1424. I would like to wish all of my friends a special Happy Birthday in the month of January: Earl Red Johnson, Mark Dayton, Anna, Rouselle DeGrandchamp, Steve Galvin, Evi Green, Chris Maquet (CJ), Danielle Harris, Ryan Liszenski, Robin Reed, Tamara Quail, Angye Fox, Brian Boan, Stephanie Reeves, Vernon Fayette, Patti Mawn Alley, Kevin Curtin, Thomas Younk, Sal LaPorte, David Neville, Craig Berg, Mark Howe, Mitchell Swetay, Heather Burnette, Rick Combs, Gordon Iowne Harbaugh, Doug Streeter, TJ Sutton and Teddy Fengar.

The Diva’s lost a dear friend in Oct. Barbara Logan, and her boyfriend Steve Irenze is still recovering from the motorcycle accident, we send our prayers to the family and friends of both, they attended many of our functions and rode with several of us on pleasure rides. In Nov. there was a benefit held at Seaside with bands all day and a beautiful memorial for her. In Nov. we helped at the Ribfest, working the beer truck which is a favorite thing for us to do plus we got to see great bands Dec. 14th was the New Port Richey Xmas Parade, we decorated our float and threw candy and beads and stuffed animals to the crowd along the route, we dressed up with lights on ourselves and a few angels naughty and nice. We held our elections and director is Tara aka Giggles for another year and welcome Jamie Schwavonski-Zamora “Little Momma” as our new asst. director, with other officers retaining their positions again for another year- Crystal

Our builds have won from Sturgis to best of the beach 2012 Panama City Beach Florida. why are we the fastest growing bike builder in the Southeast... because we earned it.. with low overhead and a owner that’s hands on and only a phone call away from saving you thousands. We pay shipping from you to us and back to you on all full builds. Dial our number, we are saving customers as much as 12k a build. I’m Joey Beam and I guarantee your 100% satisfied or you don’t pay until you are. www.vindictivewayz.com or Joey Beam’s Vindictive Wayz on Facebook. Most of these bikes are for sale, if you choose to build your own, don’t cheat yourself, we have seen the best and beat the best! Stop paying for names that won’t take your call or never touch your bike. I make my living off volume, not making 20k a bike. I don’t want to sell you one bike, I want to sell you and the rest of your family bikes. One call I assure you I will save you money!

I would like to tell you a little bit about one mans thanksgiving. Most people believe the story of plymouth rock which is a lot of bs which is a way to sell turkeys every year. This friend of mine didn't do the traditional thanksgiving. He went shopping and bought things like lettuce tomato carrots celery etc or anything else a florida gopher turtle may eat. He went out in his backyard and had thanksgiving with them since he has 200 of them. It is against the law to kill a gopher turtle but when he built his house they were there so he got permits to capture and pen them up until his house is completed. He has a pretty good sized piece of property and fenced it in a way that they can't get out. Now he is the keeper of 200 turtles - they have some wolves in the neighborhood and he doctors them when it happens. Sometimes they get sunburnt and he rubs vaseline on their shells. He takes good care of them whatever their needs may be. The reason I am writing this story is he is a biker and most people wouldn't expect this out of a biker. I remember one time someone said he hadn't been around very long. I think he is about 60 now but when he was a kid living in hollywood california he used to hang around a shop that built for movies

and car shows. They guys name was Bill Barris. When he was 15 he started hanging around this shop and due to his long hair they used to call him mop top. He got jobs cleaning whatever else they needed to get done. My friend who said he hadn't been around very long reminds me of the time they said they were building a motorcycle for a show. The name of the show was Happy Days and the bike was for the Fonz and that was the job he was given to do. He has been around a long time, he is about 60 years old. He has been in the guinness book of world records 3 times and has won 2 international shows. he is probably the best designer and detail person I have known in my life - not just me. He was told by a person that was really in the know they reminded him of Salvador Dali with a cable guy attitude. Recently he has been involved in building a bike working with slick and jane in bradenton palmetto area and twisted custom in bradenton palmetto area, This guy his quite a guy and appreciate his friendship and hope somebody recognized the heart of this person. PS - for those who dont know, he was involved in the building of the first bat mobile. See you soon Tina

Hello Florida bikers! In case anyone noticed, last month I didn't submit my monthly rant. It's because I've had a run of bad luck and I was cooling my heels in Bayonet Point Hospital. Five days to be exact. Seems the o'l ticker was trying to tell me something. It's telling me I'm not as young as I once was and it's time to clean up my act. I'm not gonna bore you with all the details but after a few days of not feeling well I ran into a couple of guardian angels that very well could have saved my life. I happened to stop into Venom 2 on a Sunday after noon and run in to Tattoo Carol and Louie from Fran Haasch. We got to talking and they both convinced me to go in to the hospital and get checked out. God bless those two cause the saw bones told me I had had a mild heart attack. Damn, life sucks sometimes but thank god for good friends. Thank you to everyone for the get wells and prayers. While on on the subject of Venom 2, watch for some really cool things coming in the near future... Minh from Venom Custom Motorcycles, Evils Jailbait Girls, and myself Red Ryder representing Full Throttle Magazine have been making some big plans and are very excited to bring the motorcycle community some fun things to do whether you want to participate or have a cold one and watch all the fun. I don't want to give it away so watch for the coming Venom adds in Full Throttle Magazine. All I can say is every month will be different and doing things that no one has done before. It's guaranteed to get better and more wild as time goes on. Stay tuned for more details. Last but not least, check out my friend Ferrari, one of Evils Jail Bait girls while she try's to melt Big ALS camera during her photo shoot in this months issue of Full Throttle Magazine. Until next month, Red Ryder.

This year's Full Throttle Teddy Bear Toy run was one of our best turn outs in a very long time! We had over 200 bikers show up and we raised over $650 cash for the hospital as well as multiple over flowing bins full of toys and goodies! I would personally like to thank everyone who took time out of their busy lives and schedules to show up for this amazing event. This is the only motorcycle ride that goes to St. Joseph's Children's Hospital in the Holiday Season and the ladies who work for the hospital were overwhelmed with the amount of people on the ride this year! I would like to thank our official Santa (Chef Doug) for coming out at well as Attorney Fran Haasch and her family, Kirk from Moto Tow, Bikers Post for taking great pictures, LAMA Brandon Chapter for being our road crew, Tampa Harley-Davidson for letting us use their lot to start the event and the Full Throttle Staff for helping make it all happen smoothly. I am really looking forward to the Christmas in July Toy Run as it is the same exact ride, kids need toys all year long, not during the Christmas season!

A Greek and an Italian were talking one day, discussing who had the superior culture. Over coff ee, the Greek says “Well, we built the Parthenon.” The Italreplies “We built the Coliseum.” The Greek retorts “We Greeks gave birth to mathematics.” The Italian, nodding, says “But we built the Roman Empire “And so on and so on until the Greek comes with what he thinks will end the discussion. With a fl ourish of fi nality he says “We invented sex!” The Italian replies “That is true, but it was the Italians who included women.
New Years Eve One Liners A New Year’s resolution is something that goes in one year and out the other.
My new year’s resolution is to be more A new business was opening and one of the optimistic by keeping my cup half-full with ian owner’s friends wanted to send him fl owers either rum, vodka, or whiskey. for the occasion. They arrived at the new New Years Eve is the only acceptable time to business site and the owner read the card, wear body glitter without being mistaken “Rest in Peace.” The owner was angry and for a stripper. called the fl orist to complain. After he had told the fl orist of the obvious My New Years resolution is 1080p I’m getmistake and how angry he was, the fl orist replied, “Sir, I’m really sorry for the mistake, ting drunk just thinking about tomorrow night. but rather than getting angry, you should imagine this, ‘Somewhere there is a funeral My New Year’s resolution is to stop hanging up taking place today, and they have fl owers with a note saying, ‘Congratulations on your out with people who ask me about my New Year’s resolutions. new location.’”

***************************************** A guy out on the golf course takes a high speed ball right in the crotch. Writhing in agony, he falls to the ground. As soon as he could manage, he took himself to the doctor. He said ‘How bad is it doc? I’m going on my honeymoon next week and my fi ancée is still a virgin - in every way’ The doctor told him, ‘I’ll have to put your willie in a splint to let it heal and keep it straight. It should be okay next week.’ He took four tongue depressors and formed a neat little 4 sided splint, and taped it all together; an impressive work of art. The guy mentions none of this to his girl, marries her, and goes on their honeymoon. That night in the motel room, she rips open her blouse to reveal her beautiful breasts. She said, ‘You’re the fi rst; no one has EVER touched these.’ He immediately drops his pants and replies, ......’Look at this, ..........still in the CRATE!
I have only one resolution. To rediscover the diff erence between wants and needs. May I have all I need and want all I have. Happy New Year! If 2013 was a person, I’d sue him for pain and suff ering and lost wages. People treat New Year’s like some sort of lifechanging event. If your life sucked last year, it’s probably still going to suck tomorrow. I want to get so drunk that if vampires bit my neck they’d get a Bloody Mary. Many things can be preserved in alcohol this New Years Eve. DIGNITY is not one of them. Just heard that in 2014 there will be a new device that can turn thoughts into speech. I have had that for years, it’s called alcohol. My New Years Resolution is to break my New Years Resolutions....That way I succeed at something! Anyone who says that alcohol is a depressant isn’t drinking enough of it. There have been many times in 2013, when I have annoyed you, distubed you, irritated you, and bugged the hell out of you....today I just wanna tell you I plan to continue in 2014!
