Tampa Bay attorneys John Della Costa and David Neville met while working at local law firms that operated with what they call the “Mill Mentality.” The goal of the “Mill Mentality” is to attract as many cases as possible and then push them through the legal system quickly. It was a volume business that produced great revenue for the law firms, but John and David always felt the clients weren’t getting the personal attention they deserved.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO GET YOUR FREE GUIDE*: 1) Visit www.ProLawUSA.com and click the download button

2) Call our office at In 2006 John and David decided to do things differently. They envisioned a law firm where clients could work directly with their attorneys – not paralegals, case workers, or assistants like they would at a typical “TV law firm.” They knew this approach would require them to accept fewer cases but they also knew it was the best way to serve their clients. Together, John and David created the law firm of Della Costa & Neville to provide clients with the personal service they felt was lacking in so many of the larger firms.

If you’ve been injured there are plenty of law firms out there eager to handle your case and it’s not always easy to tell the differences between them. That’s why John Della Costa decided to write Don’t Get Caught In The Mill! It’s an inside look at the way different law firms operate and is designed to provide consumers with the information they need to select the right attorney for their case. October was a very exciting month! With the cold weather rolling in it has been beautiful riding weather. Full Throttle was all over the place in October handing out magazines and doing events. If you are looking for a great place to advertise your business, event, poker run, benefit, charity ride or whatever, we are your number one choice! When else can you say your advertising dollars will hit 100% of the customers you are trying to reach!? We have a lot to offer from our printed magazine you have in your hands that can also be read online on our website for FREE, our facebook page with almost 15,000 fans, our weekly e-mail blast with close to 8,000 bikers e-mails, our live web show and the numerous events we set up at including Quaker Steak and Lube every Wednesday night, Full Throttle has it all! Biketoberfest was awesome this year and the weather was beautiful! We had booths set up at Destination Daytona Harley-Davidson in front of Saints and Sinners, Main Street Station on Main Street and at the Speedway. Our Let's get crazy party had a nice turn out and we gave away a lot of great prizes. The boardwalk bike show had a very good turn out with almost 80 bikes. If you missed it we do it every year at Bike Week and Biketoberfest directly on the boardwalk of Daytona Beach at the end of Main Street and it is completely FREE to attend. We had some of the nicest bikes in Daytona in the show this year! We hope to see you all at the Boardwalk Bike Show in March during Bike Week 2014. The Florida Motorcycle Expo and Bike Builder Invitational is kicking it into high gear. Vendors are calling daily and new bikes are rolling in fast! We will have some of the most intriguing and amazing bikes you will ever see in the show this year from all over the USA. We have bikes coming from The Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Maine, Minnesota, Texas and many more! They are all going for the grand prize of $5,000 and a custom championship ring worth $5,000 (est. value) In total we are giving away over $20,000 in cash and prizes for the Bike Builders Invitational. As for the Expo we will have tons of great vendors, the Jagermeister stage, live bands all weekend long including Greg Billings, Bobby Friss, The Black Honkeys, Jeff Vitolo and the Quarter Mile Rebels, Soul Circus Cowboys, Jaded and Stormbringer. We will also be giving away $100 an hour (around $2,000 all weekend long) There will be a free fireworks display Saturday night along with our $1,000 Miss Full Throttle Bikini contest, a ride in bike show on Sunday and a man cave give-a-way! There will be so much happening all weekend long. If you are a vendor be sure to book your booth before December 1st as the price goes up the closer we get to the event. The dates again for the event are January 24-26, 2014 (last weekend in January) I would like to say Happy Birthday to everyone I know with birthdays in the month of November: Tracy Mitchell (Full Throttle Office Manager and Sales), Chris Johnson, Andrew Serra, Laura Church, Patty Clausen (Full Throttle Sales Person), Lexi Swetay, James Nickell, Vicki Griswold, Ruthie Bagley, Charlie Humphries (Full Throttle Sales Person), Tom Serio, Josh Miller, Eli Sherman, Jeff Vitolo, Lakin Larson, Lori Muldoon, Ingrid Abrahamson, Nikki Rae (2013 Miss Full Throttle) and John Rogue.

Fall is here bikers. Weather is cooling but bike events or heating up. October was scary fun for me as I cover bike events from coast to coast. I was so honored to host the Thunder Beach Fall Rally in Panama City Beach at the Boardwalk Beach Resort. Mother nature played tricks on us with the Hurricane that never was. We still hit it Full Throttle anyway. The 1st Annual Paint-N-Body Contest was a blast as we invited the top 10 online voted bikes to the Resort and the took 10 of the sexiest models in Florida to paint up just like the bike. Well Ladies you kicked the guys asses and a young lady took top prize. Cant wait to do it again at the Spring Rally April 30th thru May 4th. Make your plans now to be there.

40

Then it was off the Daytona for Biketoberfest. Full Throttle Magazine for the 1st time ever descended on to Main Street Station. Thank you Main Street for inviting us in to the biggest party on Main Street. Two stages kickin' ass all day and night. We broadcast live on Full Throttle Vision all weekend long. Look for Full Throttle at Main Street Station come Bike Week March 7th thru the 16th. Be sure and Join me November 24th for the USO Tampa Bay Holiday Salute to our Troops. Blackjack run starts at Porpoise Pub and Concert that night is at Jannus Live. See you there. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Ride Safe. Charlie

Hi just sitting down after unpacking and putting stuff way from the 5 days of camping in Daytona at the Cackleberry Campground and hanging at the booth we had at the Daytona Speedway. It was a fun time. Wednesday we set up camp and didn’t get settled till late into the evening. Thursday was a long day sitting in the booth and then the Full Throttle ‘Let’s Get Crazy’ party where we gave away lots of adult educational materials and a sweet 50/50 to one lucky winner and 50 Legs got the other half. By Friday the crowds picked up and kept us occupied and then we got to sit by the fire Friday evening relaxing and having some drinks. The campground was nice, sites with power and water, sites without. RV or tent camping is available and there are also the hot showers there. Cackleberry is under new ownership and this was their first event – they did pretty well and were open to suggestions for the Bike Week event. I think with the new owners this is going to be one of the best places to camp at for Bike week. AND it’s just across the street from the Cabbage Patch. We plan on being there for Bike Week. Till next time “Live life to the Fullest and Party you’re a&& off” Dew

There was a great camp out put on by the Hillsborough county ABATE at the Sertoma Youth Ranch in October called Spooks N Scoots. We get to see friends that we only see once a year. If you were there you got to see old and ugly me as well as young and lovley ladies and older lovely ladies. Also, I get a lot of help from every one, expecially Dan and Millie and miserable George and a lot of other great friends. There are a lot of great events that happen in the month of October, but this one is my favorite. SEE YOU SOON MILLIE P.S. BILL YOUNG, we will miss you, RIP

Hello Florida bikers! October is here and so is the cooler riding weather. October 12 was Waynes Citrus Cycle and Mac's place Tribute to lady riders at Macs Place in Floral City. We had a beautiful day and even with several other runs going on in the area, they had a good turn out of bikes and riders. Lou was turning out the vittles and the cold beer was flowing. D.J. Joy was there, nice weather, good tunes, food, and of course plenty of ladies made this an event not to be missed! Results of the ladies bike show were as follows. Best of show- LaVonne Pitts, with her beautiful 03 Fat Boy. Marice Miller took home Best Vintage with her 1980 Sturgis. Best American bike went to Pat Thomas and her 2002 Fat Boy. Last but not least Julie Kraynak took best Import with her 2005 Yamaha Road Star. Moving on, yours truly was at Destination Daytona near Saints and Sinners along with our lovely office manager Tracy. We met many of the people that stopped by our booth to say hello and take in the

tunes emanating from the stage in front of us. Biketobefest did not let us down and as usual it was non stop fun with so many things to see and do. Until next month, Get out there and ride and be safe! Red Ryder.

A guy in his 60’s has an appointment to see the urologist for a Prostate exam. He’s a bit on edge because all his friends have either gone under the knife or had those pellets implanted. The waiting room was fi lled with patients. As he approached the receptionist’s desk, he noticed that the receptionist was a large unfriendly woman who looked like a Sumo wrestler. He gave her his name. In a very loud voice, the receptionist said, “YES, I HAVE YOUR NAME HERE; YOU WANT TO SEE THE DOCTOR ABOUT IMPOTENCE, RIGHT?” All the patients in the waiting room snapped their heads around to look at the poor embarrassed guy. But he recovered from announcement quickly, and in an equally loud voice replied, ‘NO, I’VE COME TO INQUIRE ABOUT A SEX CHANGE OPERATION, BUT I SURE AS HELL DON’T WANT THE SAME DOCTOR THAT DID YOURS.” ***************************************** A blonde and a brunette are walking downtown when the brunette sees her boyfriend in a fl ower shop. “Just great,” the brunette complained to the blonde, “my boyfriend is in the fl ower shop buying me some fl owers.” The blonde responds, “Why is that a problem?” The brunette replies, “Because now he’ll expect me to spend all weekend with my legs spread and my feet up in the air.” “Why?” asked the blonde, “Don’t you have a vase?”

Kevin walked into a doctor’s offi ce and the receptionist asked him what he had. Kevin said: ‘Shingles.’ So she wrote down his name, address, medical insurance number and told him to have a seat. Fifteen minutes later a nurse’s aide came out and asked Kevin what he had....Kevin said, ‘Shingles.’ So she wrote down his height, weight, a complete medical history and told Kevin to wait in the examining room. A half hour later a nurse came in and asked Kevin what he had. Kevin said, ‘Shingles..’ So the nurse gave Kevin a blood test, a blood pressure test, an electrocardiogram, and told Kevin to take off all his clothes and wait for the doctor. An hour later the doctor came in and found Kevin sitting patiently in the nude and asked Kevin what he had. Kevin said, ‘Shingles.’ The doctor asked, ‘Where?’ Kevin said, ‘Outside on the truck. ***************************************** Four guys have been going on the same fi shing trip for many years. Two days before the group is to leave, Jim’s wife, Kathy, puts her foot down and tells him he isn’t going. Jim’s mates are very upset that he can’t go, but what can they do. Two days later the three friends get to the camping site only to fi nd Jim sitting there with a tent set up, fi rewood gathered, and dinner cooking on the fi re. “Damn, Jim how long you been here? How did you talk your wife into letting you go ?” “Well, I’ve been here since last night. After dinner at home yesterday evening, I was sitting in my chair and my wife came up behind me and put her hands over my eyes and said, ‘Guess who ?’” I pulled her hands off , and she was wearing sexy brand new lingerie. She said had been reading ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ and she had a devilish look in her eyes!!! She took my hand and led me to our bedroom. The room had candles and rose petals all over. On the bed she had handcuff s, and ropes ! She told me to tie her up and cuff her to the bed, so I did. And then she said, “Do whatever you want.”

The New Yorker whisks three cookies into his pocket with lightning speed. The baker doesn’t notice. The New Yorker says to the redneck: “You see how clever we are? You rednecks can never beat that!” The redneck says to the New Yorker: “Watch this, a redneck is always smarter than you New York guys.” He says to the baker, “Give me a cookie, I’ll show you a magic trick!” The baker gives him the cookie which redneck promptly eats. Then he says to the baker: “Give me another cookie for my magic trick.” The baker is getting suspicious but he gives it to him. He eats this one too. Then he says again: “Give me one more cookie...” The baker is getting angry now but gives him one anyway. The Redneck eats this one too. Now the baker is really mad, and he yells: “And where is your famous magic trick?” The redneck points at the New Yorker and says: “Look in his pocket!”
