Tampa Bay attorneys John Della Costa and David Neville met while working at local law firms that operated with what they call the “Mill Mentality.” The goal of the “Mill Mentality” is to attract as many cases as possible and then push them through the legal system quickly. It was a volume business that produced great revenue for the law firms, but John and David always felt the clients weren’t getting the personal attention they deserved.
THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO GET YOUR FREE GUIDE*: 1) Visit www.ProLawUSA.com and click the download button
2) Call our office at In 2006 John and David decided to do things differently. They envisioned a law firm where clients could work directly with their attorneys – not paralegals, case workers, or assistants like they would at a typical “TV law firm.” They knew this approach would require them to accept fewer cases but they also knew it was the best way to serve their clients. Together, John and David created the law firm of Della Costa & Neville to provide clients with the personal service they felt was lacking in so many of the larger firms.

If you’ve been injured there are plenty of law firms out there eager to handle your case and it’s not always easy to tell the differences between them. That’s why John Della Costa decided to write Don’t Get Caught In The Mill! It’s an inside look at the way different law firms operate and is designed to provide consumers with the information they need to select the right attorney for their case. If you are a Florida resident you can get this book for free without any obligation.

The weather is starting the change and I for one and very excited for some great riding weather! October is here and that means there will be multiple event almost every weekend from now until Bike Week in March! October kicks off with Thunder Beach in Panama City Beach. Charlie Humphries will be up there at the Boardwalk hotel doing his thing as the MC. The second weekend of October brings us Cotee River Bike Fest. We are busting at the seams with vendors and the word is out there that this is going to be one huge event! It didn't happen last year and we re-vamped a lot of what we heard bikers wanted to see and now it is going to rock! We are taking up the entire downtown area and Sims park in New Port Richey for this awesome event. Hope to see you all there. The third weekend in October is, of course, BIKETOBERFEST in Daytona Beach. We will have booths all over Daytona and Main Street. We will also be hosting a kick off bike show on Thursday at the Coke Pavilion at Destination Daytona and the Boardwalk Bike Show on Friday at the Boardwalk. The Last weekend of October is Quaker Steak and Lube's 11th Anniversary Party with the Black Honkey's and Greg Billings band and tons of great give-a-ways, a Full Throttle Bike Show and much more! Needless to say every weekend in October has a huge event planned and it's starting to build up the same way in November. We will be at as many of them as we can! I would like to welcome a new team member to the Full Throttle family. Gamo Robles, from Know Gamo Photography, has come on board as a full time sales person and photographer for the magazine. He is an amazing photographer and a good guy, so if you need pictures done for an ad, wedding, party or just whatever, contact Gamo at the Full Throttle offices 727-935-4875. Welcome to the team Gamo! The Florida Motorcycle Expo and Bike Builder Invitational is approaching, January 23rd - 25th, 2015! We have some great sponsorship opportunities still available and with the sponsorship come ads in the monthly magazine! If you are interested in a sponsorship please contact me and we will make you a great deal! Also, VENDORS, booths are already being sold for this event and we only have a specific amount of booths available! There is a vendor booth discount if you get your paperwork in before December 1st, 2014. We are very excited this year as we have a great new band lineup and we are planning on having a National Act on Saturday night after the Miss Full Throttle Bikini Contest and Dave Frank Memorial Fireworks Display... We are in discussion with The LACS at this time and we hope to have that finalized soon. They are not the normal biker bands but they are a great show and we are trying to bring a little something different to the Expo that you don't see at every other biker event in the area! If you do not know who The LACS are, go check them out on YouTube! I would like to wish a Happy Birthday to anyone with a birthday in the month of October, Especially two of our office people Shelly and Dew. Shelly is a godsend to me here in the office and has become a good friend and family member to us here. She also helps keep me on track with my paperwork and all that comes along with that, if you know me you know that is my one area of weakness. Dew is an amazing and loyal friend who has been with us at Full Throttle for quite some time, he is a great friend and is always there when we need him! Be safe and ride smart, don't drink and ride and have a great Halloween and Biketoberfest!

Between the heat and the rain, the Divas didn’t get out as much as we normally do. Thank heavens cooler weather is on the way! While the weather wasn’t on our side and we couldn’t ride, we met to have a bra decorating party for the Bikers 4 Boobies event on September 20th, (check out the picture, lol). We also took the time to support some of our musically inclined Diva’s such as Jenna Stone, Wendy LaForce and of course, Josephine Carter of Josephine’s Machine. Good times were had by all! We also took part in the Rotary Club of Central Pinellas 3rd Annual Bowling for Literacy spearheaded by our dear friend Denise Dowling. We also had Girls night Out and it was so much fun. We have some good stuff coming up soon. We are participating in the 10th Annual Diva angels Gulf Coast Chapter Poker Run on October 5th. This run will benefit the First Step Mother & Infants Program and we would love everyone to join us! For more information about the event please go to http://www.divaangels.org/local-chapters/gulf-coast-home.html. Please visit us at our Diva Table at Quaker Steak and Lube on October 26th, it the QSL Anniversary Bash were we will be selling raffle tickets for a bicycle giveaway! Also at the November and December Diva table, we will be accepting pajamas for our Annual Pajama Drive. We are

accepting new Pj’s for children of all ages, so please donate! I also would also like to recognize our Diva of the Month for August, Carol Daum and our Diva of the Month for September, Deborah Whitty. You ladies are amazing and we are honored to have you in our group! If you are interested in learning more about our organization, we meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at Quaker Steak Lube in Clearwater (5:30-7 social meet & greet). You can also find us every 3rd Wednesday at the best Bike Night ever at QS&L. Please check out our website www. divaangels.org and find a chapter near you or visit us on Facebook! Hi All, I just sat down from a weekend full of fun. Thursday night we went to Bourbon Street in Port Richey to catch some bands playing. Stonegray and Saving Abel, if you are looking for a band I will tell you Stone-gray is an up and coming band with 4 guys who are great and really do kill the songs. They do their own music as well as Pearl Jam covers and if you didn't know any better you would think Pearl Jam was on the stage. We also went to a chili cook off at the Armed Forces Military Museum in Largo. It looked like it might rain so they brought it inside. You got to taste the chili's and see museum at the same time. October is packed full of events!! There is the Cottee River Bike fest the 10th - 12th. That same weekend is Spooks & Scoots if you want to have a great time camping out that is the place to be. You can make both events that weekend, its only about an hour's drive! Then the next weekend is back to Daytona for Biketoberfest - the 16th - 19th. Now you may it through Biketoberfest on Thursday 23 October at Bourbon Street will be a Hottest Wings eating contest with good old Classic rock Dj By me so come out and try .. Looking towards November keep your eyes open for an event up in Hudson - mixing wings and bikes....what biker's don't like wings??? Until next month live life to the fullest and party your a$$ off. A State Trooper was patrolling late at night off the main highway. At nearly midnight, he sees a couple in a car, in lovers’ lane, with the interior light brightly glowing. He carefully approaches the car to get a closer look. He sees a young man behind the wheel, reading a computer magazine. He immediately notices a young woman in the rear seat, fi ling her fi ngernails. Puzzled by this surprising situation, the trooper walks to the car and gently taps on the driver’s window. The young man lowers his window. “Uh, yes, Offi cer?” The trooper asks: “What are you doing?” The young man says: “Well, Offi cer, I’m reading a magazine.” Pointing towards the young woman in the back seat, the trooper asks: “And what is she doing?” The young man shrugs: “Sir, I believe she’s fi ling her fi ngernails.” Now, the trooper is totally confused: A young couple, alone, in a car, at night in a lover’s lane and nothing inappropriate is happening!” The trooper asks: “What’s your age, young man?” The young man says: “I’m 22, sir.” The trooper asks: “And how old is she?” The young man looks at his watch and replies: “She’ll be 18 in 11 minutes.”
the story. Lucy replied, “Don’t count your chickens before they hatch.” Next up was little Johnny. “My uncle Ted fought in the Vietnam war, and his plane was shot down over enemy territory. He jumped out before it crashed but could only take a case of beer, a machine gun and a machete. On the way down, he drank the case of beer. Then he landed right in the middle of 100 Vietnamese soldiers. He shot 70 with his machine gun, but then he ran out of bullets! So he pulled out his machete and killed 20 more. Then the blade on his machete broke, so he killed the last ten with his bare hands.” The teacher looked a little shocked. After clearing her throat, she asked what possible moral there could be to this story. “Well,” Johnny replied, “Don’t f**k with Uncle Ted when he’s been drinking.”

There were so many events going on September 13, (like Rossiter’s 24th Anniversary Party) that I would have liked to cover them all! But, because of the motorcycle accident (and broken ribs), I wasn’t able to set up a tent by myself at P-Man’s 11th Annual Heatstroke Hot Rod Hoedown. BUT, thanks to Jack (LIGHT UP MY BIKE 941-720-5323) and Mini (my sister-in-law and helper), I was able to be there. Thank you so much for all your help JACK and MINI! There was good food and BEER, and bands. Kudos P-Man! Here are some fabulous pictures… I met Rory MacConnell, President (who is truly an amazing person!) of BLUE KNIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LEMC, FLORIDA XVIII (941-270-0367) www.BLUEKNIGHTSFLXVIII.COM

Harley-Davidson puts hot-rod swagger on three wheels with the 2015 Freewheeler™ motorcycle, the all-new trike model that fuses pure custom style and easy-handling performance. From its ape-hanger handlebar to its bobtail fenders the Freewheeler is a page ripped straight from the bad- attitude handbook, offered in a size that’s shorter and lighter for a riding experience like nothing else on the road. Riding on three wheels has never been cooler. The Freewheeler front end is all new and features a chrome, seven-piece nacelle that’s tucked tight to the forks and holds a Dual Halogen headlamp in a polished chrome bucket. A trim front fender tops a 19-inch Enforcer Cast Aluminum wheel with machined highlights. The all-new rear body shape gives the Freewheeler a low, lean profile and incorporates a weatherproof trunk designed to hold two full-face helmets. The top trunk door opens right-to-left for easy loading. Dual chrome mufflers with slash-down tips are inset in the bottom of the trunk. Bobtail fenders terminate in an arrogant flip to expose the rear tires, and incorporate bright LED stop/tail/turn lamps. The Freewheeler puts more riders a comfortable, confident position. That 12-inch mini-ape handlebar offers the tallest rise available on any motorcycle to place the hand controls closer to rider and reduce steering effort. The seat is shaped to move the rider forward for a better reach to the foot and hand controls, with a passenger position designed for comfort while blending with the bodywork. Soft-touch passenger grab rails are easy to grip and mount directly to the body. The Freewheeler is equipped with electronic cruise control, a foot-activated parking brake, electric reverse gear and a hydraulic Assist and Slip clutch with reduced lever effort. The linked brake system allows the rider to apply both the front and rear brakes through the rear brake pedal. The full front brake system is applied only through the front brake lever and remains independent. Built around a chassis engineered exclusively for a three-wheeled vehicle, the Freewheeler offers premium Harley-Davidson quality and performance, backed by a full factory warranty and the network of authorized Harley-Davidson dealers.

DO YOU RIDE SMART?
Modern motorcycles demand a high level of skill from their riders:
“…technological change for the motorcycle rider may demand heightened bodily agility and dexterity to handle the physical forces and consequences of faster accelerating (and stopping) machines, and to manage the risks of collisions with car-driver assemblages increasingly cocooned and anaesthetized from the presence of other road users.” (Pinch & Reimer, in press)
Modern motorcycles also require a high level of responsibility from their riders: S Say no to drinking and riding M Make yourself more visible to motorists A Always wear your helmet when you ride R Ride in control (within legal and personal limits) T Train regularly and get endorsed
