tea time It’s spring in Florida, with the warming up the spring brings it also brings in a popular drink. Iced Sweet Tea is the right drink for spring and summer. Keeps you cool and refreshed, if you prefer to try a nicer drink you can go with some of the more fancy teas for the upper class. We have also been educated on the many health benefits that tea has to offer, with your next glass try it with honey instead of sugar. So that you can keep your health top of mind as while you are enjoying your Vacation time. What ever you have planned for this beautiful weather make sure you set aside a little time for tea.

Choose your makeup according to your skin tone “Depending on

your style and the type of makeup you usually wear classic elegant or casual romantic - you have two universally flattering options in terms of blush.”
ew things in life are universally valid, and even less are applicable to all women, regardless of their tastes, lifestyle and traits. Whatever experience you have in choosing the right makeup products for you, you cannot deny that the multitude of eyeshadows, blushes and lipsticks can be overwhelming. If you find yourself in the situation where although you know your skin color and have an idea of what shades best suit you, but you still spend too much time in front of the cosmetics stands trying to choose the perfect one, then let us introduce to you some options that will make your life easier.
If the technique of makeup (smokey eyes, cat eye, classic evening makeup, etc.) that you use is well highlighted by the principle of chiaroscuro, I guarantee you’ll get a lovely eye makeup, which can be adjusted for both day and evening makeup, depending on the intensity of the contrast. Those of you who sometimes prefer a splash of color in their makeup should turn to neutral or half-saturated shades, at the expense of strongly saturated ones. The shades of ivory, gold, copper, copper shades, peach or lilac can benefit any woman regardless of the eye color. The right lipstick for every woman In terms of lipstick, all make-up artists agree that the color that compliments any woman, regardless of the skin color or features is, undoubtedly, red. For day makeup, universally flattering shades are those that resonate best with the natural color of the lips, slightly pearly. Neutral shades or salmon pink are perfect for both light and medium or dark skin tones. The fuchsia shades for the lipstick and berries for your lip gloss are modern and interesting options for a special occasion, flattering for any woman. Perfect blush for any skin color Depending on your style and the type of makeup you usually wear - classic elegant or casual romantic - you have two universally flattering options in terms of blush. For a classic evening makeup, in which the eyes and lips are emphasized, one of the safest options to obtain a balanced makeup is a blush in a warm shade similar to that of bronzing powders, but with fewer sparkles. For a casual day look, more appropriate is a blush in a coral shade that complements light, medium and dark skin. Now that you have the most basic information in terms of makeup, you cannot fail in obtaining the desired look!
The good news is that there are certain shades that suit any woman, regardless of the skin tone - whether you have a fair, medium or olive skin - or eye color. Here are the best options in terms of lipstick, blush and eyeshadow with which you will never fail: Universally flattering makeup shades When it comes to eyeshadows, there are more universally flattering shades that you could ever try. Depending on the style of makeup you want to achieve, you can work perfectly with the light-dark contrast. The vanilla shades or any light shades with gold sparkles instead of silver ones will compliment women who have both warm and cool skin tones. If you use shades of champagne, vanilla, golden coral, rose gold or any alternative of this kind on the mobile eyelid, you can define the outer corners of the eyes with one of the universal dark colors - brown, gray or black.

aming you naturally kinky hair or defining your curls are some of the syling dilemmas. So how do you go about with your messy curls? One solution is to go for bantu knots.
Bantu knots or zulu knots are well known hair style for African Americans. I am amazed to see even those with staright hair doing the bantu knots. Bantu knots is a healthy way to achieve curls because it does not require using heated curling iron. It is a natural way to do the curls that can last a day or two depending on how you take care of it. It creates a loose wavy or curly effects depending on high tight you will create your knots. You can do the bantu curls on your own. Here are some of the tips on how to create the perfect bantu curls.
a smaller section. 4. Use a styling product Go for hair spray or cream with medium hold because it would be difficult to syle and might even cause pain in your scalp area. 5. Twist and turn Here is the exciting part. You twist and turn the sections of hair you made earlier. Your main goal is to achieve tiny hair buns sitting onto your scalp. You should be able to tuck the excess hair once you reached the end of the rolled hair sections. You can use elastic pony tails or hair pins to secure any excess hair.
1.Wash your hair The first step is wash your hair thoroughly and make your that your scalp is clean. The scalp will be exposed so make sure to clean it thoroughly. Use a conditioner to lock in mositure to make the hair and scalp healthy. 2. Detangle Use a wide tooth comb and pat the hair dry using a bath towel. Stay away from hair dryer because they drive the moisture out of your tresses. Just air dry your hair while detangling it with a comb. 3. Divide hair into sections The size of the sections wil depend on the bantu curl outs that you want to achieve. For bigger and loose curls, make a bigger section from your hair and for a more defined or tight curls, go for

“The 2015 XF model range has an incredibly wide breadth of capability. From a blistering 0-60mph time of only 4.6 (4.4 for the XFR-S Saloon) seconds to emissions figures of just 129g/km from the XF R-Sport 2.2 Diesel with 1675 litres of loadspace for all Sportbrake models - there’s a Jaguar XF to suit every taste.”

eflecting the changes under the skin, the appearance of the XFR-S Sportbrake has been subtly modified in order to allow the car to achieve its full potential. As with the standard Jaguar Sportbrake, the combination of a flowing rear window graphic, rising waist and estate roofline lends the XFR-S Sportbrake a dynamic, broad-shouldered stance, while the extended roofline
affords rear-seat passengers an additional 48mm of headroom and the seats offer both a 60:40 split fold function and integral ski hatch. Remote-fold levers inside the load-space opening allow the seats to be stowed flat quickly and easily, creating a cargo volume of up to 1675 litres. Rear lift has been reduced through the fitment of a spoiler mounted on the top of the rear hatch to manage the airflow off the top rear surface of the car.
The result is a 0-60mph time of 4.6 seconds (0100km/h in 4.8 seconds) and an electronicallylimited top speed of 186mph (300km/h).

LET’S GYM Every woman can end up with a belly pooch due to underworked lower abdominal muscles. This workout will tap into the deep abdominal muscles—the transverse abdominis—that pull in your waistline like a corset. Do these moves one after another with no rest in between. Then repeat the circuit so you’re performing it a total of two times. (source) fitbie.com

FITNESS CENTER
“Becoming more active can lower your blood pressure by as much as 4 to 9 mm Hg.”
T
he American Heart Association recommends 30-minutes of moderate activity, but three 10-minute periods of activity are as beneficial to your overall fitness as one 30-minute session. This is achievable! Physical activity may also help encourage you to spend some time outdoors. Sunlight on your skin helps your body produce vitamin D, which brings many added health benefits. Here are some reasons why physical activity is proven to improve both mental and physical health. Physical activity boosts mental wellness. Regular physical activity can relieve tension, anxiety, depression and anger. You may not only notice a “feel good sensation” immediately following your physical activity, but most people also note an improvement in general well-being over time during the weeks and months as physical activity becomes a part of your routine.
Physical activity improves physical wellness. Stronger immunity It enhances your immune system and decreases the risk of developing diseases such as cancer and heart disease. Reduced risk factors Becoming more active can lower your blood pressure by as much as 4 to 9 mm Hg. That’s the same reduction in blood pressure delivered by some antihypertensive medications. Physical activity can also boost your levels of good cholesterol. Physical activity prolongs your optimal health. Without regular physical activity, the body slowly loses its strength, stamina and ability to function well. And for each hour of regular exercise you get, you’ll gain about two hours of additional life expectancy, even if you don’t start until middle age. Moderate exercise, such as brisk walking, for as little as 30 minutes a day has proven health benefits.
Exercise increases the flow of oxygen which directly affects the brain. Your mental acuity and memory can be improved with physical activity.

Ever heard of Urban Dictionary? Let me share a few gems with you fresh off the urban press. Eh? Well anyway you get the drift.
1. “Keep it https”
Keep it on the down low. Keep it secret. Geeks only! HTTP is plain-text browser/server communication. The S adds a security layer, making it very hard to intercept communications (i.e., keeping it secret). “This global domination plan isn’t official information yet, so keep it HTTPS, folks.”
2. “Sneizure”
Sneezing so violently it causes you to shake, making it look like you are also having a seizure. That sneeze was a sneizure.
3. “Urban renaissance man”
a man with all the necessary characteristics and qualities to be complete. consisting of: the smooth talking and ‘make you feel good’ skills of the player the sexual pleasing abilities and protection of the parolee to satisfy financially and be profitable like the professional and to be sweet and caring and giving like the pushover
originwhereabouts are unknown as they are the hardest men to find. Katherine: I want an urban renaissance man Stephanie: Yea, so he can love me right .. in EVERY way ;]
4. “Tab management”
similar to time management; the ability to manage your tabs before they inundate the top of your browser and make it annoying to switch tabs Matt: Ugh, I open a new window and before I know it, I have 10 tabs open. Johan: Learn tab management, friend!
5. “ABC Sex”
Sex only on Anniversaries, Birthdays and Christmas They’ve been married so long they only have abc sex
6. “Please Advise”
Corporate Jargon for WTF. Dear Jim, I have not yet received the Alabama case files I asked you to Send. Please Advise. John

Top 5 Must Have Products To Maintain Curly Hair
F
Having natural curls is always sexy but at times it can be hard to maintain. The thick and sometimes coarse hair strands need more than just water and shampoo. Styling can be a bit challenging but with the right tools and products, you are sure to flaunt those gorgeous and healthy waves.
because most often than not, they are dryer as compared to those with straight hair. Stay away from shampoo which contains sulfate because it attracts your hair’s natural oil and make it dry in return. Is your shampoo brand giving you a lot of soap suds when bathing? Then your shampoo contains sulfate. Below are some of the trusted sulfate free shampoo:
Make reading the labels a habit when buying products. Remember that not all products will work for you. After knowing your hair type and all you have to do is to find the perfect hair products that will complement your hair. Just like with any other products, it is always a trial and error process. You buy the item and see for yourself which one will work for you. And yes, you might spend a lot of money before finding the right products for you. Here are some of the items that are recommended for curly hair and hopefully these will work for you!
Shea butter leave on conditioner sometimes the regular conditioner is not enough to keep the moisture in your hair. The next product to buy is a leave on conditioner for that easy hair fix anytime and anywhere. Cantu Shea Butter leave on conditioner makes combing and managing curly hair easier. It is made from pure shea butter combined with natural oils that penetrates deeply into the roots and as a result, it makes your more beautiful.
Argan oil Frizzy hair is always a problem for those who have curly hair. You leave the house with a really nice hair style that you fixed for hours. But with just one strong blow of the wind, you ended up with a messy hair. Argan oil or Moroccan oil for some is an anti-frizz product made especially for individuals with curly or even kinky hair. Argan oil will not only enhance your curls but will also add moisture and shine to your locks. It contains vitamin E and other fatty acids that penetrates deeply to the roots of the hair thus preventing split ends and dull looking hair. Sulfate free shampoo A sulfate free shampoo is recommended for those who have natural curly hair. The main reason for this is because curly hair can easily break

Curly pudding Miss Jessie’s Curly Pudding originally was formulated for management of thick and kinky hair. The product came out to be so good that it became a staple for those with wavy and curly hair. Its promise is to make the hair soft, shiny and tangle free. It makes tight and curly hair more manageable and easy to style. This product is a bit heavy on the pocket but believe me, it does wonders to your crowning glory. Wide tooth comb Detangling your hair requires a wide tooth comb. Go for a comb made of hard plastic or metal. You can buy your comb at any beauty store. Just a tip, since this is your most used hair tool, make sure to invest to a nice and reliable comb. It will always be your partner to achieve a jawdropping look.
