There have been a wide variety of mental health conditions, and sadness is not classified as one. In this worrisome world of woke people, how do you break it to them without bursting a bubble?

Being mentally unstable since the age of 9, Jerica Salon already knew she had it in her—although it was not talent that she has, but a clinical diagnosis of Persistent Depressive Disorder. “If depression is personified, it would most likely be me.” She joked. For someone like Jerica who battles with her mind 24/7, it has been a chore for her to listen to people’s whims about depression and other mental health problems which according to her, was just a fruit of self diagnosis. “It’s so unfair having to read about their posts and how they seem to showcase depression.”
